Some of the staff is very rude and disrespectful. I called about a bill that was already paid, but received the same bill from the payment before. So i called to question the matter and the billing person I talked to found it funny to the point she was cracking up so I asked what was funny. She apologized for the outburst and I asked her what was so funny I find nothing funny about this situation at all. So I paid the bill and asked for her supervisor she placed me on hold and came back and said that her supervisor cant talk to me now she will give me a call later when she can. So I told them do worry about. I have no energy or time for people not even worthy of it so to the billing child because you acted like a kid you reap what you sow disrespect has a way of biting you in the buttocks !

Great neurologist. Staff is nice. Klein is very helpful and knowledgeable.

After being a patient there for 6 years I couldnt take it anymore. Every visit the staff was rude and so was Dr. Klein. His partner Dr. Bui on the other hand was very helpful.
