I have recently begun to go to Kaizen MediSpa and it is the most wonderful, professional, and fabulous place. Their prices are incredible for the quality job they perform. I have seen both Kat and Deidre. They are both wonderful and lovely people who really love what they do. I had my first chemical peel the other day and my skin is already so, so much better. Cant wait until I go back for my next treatment! I would recommend Kaizen to anyone and everyone!

I went for laser treatments and a moisturizing facial the other day. I was so stressed out I thought it was going to be impossible to relax but it was amazing! Ive been to Kaizen three times for facial treatments (Microderm with PRP) and have had a great experience. Deidre is wonderful! She is attentive, explains everything carefully, and makes sure you are comfortable with everything prior to starting. I am scheduled for a fourth round of treatment and am loving the results! I’ve seen 3 other dermatologist offices for PRP hair treatment. Not only has Kaizen offered the best value for that treatment but the whole staff especially Deidre have been extremely friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful. I have not only recommended them to others but will continue to come back.

I have had laser hair removal from several providers using several different machines. Kaizens machine is state of the art and much faster then the machines used by the other providers I tried. Staff is very nice and professional. Rates are reasonable. Parking is easy. For me location is very convenient, right near Montgomery Mall.

I enjoyed that the Director sought first to understand my situation and what I am aiming to achieve. The appointment was professional; the rooms were clean and felt safe. I look forward to returning!

Deidre is an extraordinarily gifted NP. The procedure I had done could have been awkward and painful. It was a breeze. She clearly explained everything every step of the way, and went out of her way to make me comfortable. She is a genuinely nice, extremely accomplished professional who listened carefully. Laura is awesome. The ambiance in the room is good, from the dim lighting and nice music and cleanliness. Laura is such a professional and makes you feel at ease and a perfectionist with her art. Definitely my go-to spot! Also it is very easy to set an appointment at the front desk. Recommend going in.

Fantastic MedSpa located right in Bethesda with a discrete entrance (to avoid unexpected run-ins with friends after a procedure:). I’ve had facials and peels that made my skin glow for days. So much so, my girlfriends have started seeing Deidre and Laura! Added bonus that Kaizen is part of a doctor’s office and Deidre is a registered nurse. Took a long time to find a MediSpa I’d return to, but Kaizen is a keeper!

I am completely baffled by the one negative (out of so many positive reviews) review I read about Deidre Fisher.First of all, I have been going to Deidre since her practice in Bethesda was established. She has never misrepresented her credentials; or made guesses about my medical situation. Deidre listens, diagnoses, and problem solves with extreme care and skill. She researches, calls on colleagues and specialists; and generates solutions that work.I am sorry Ms. Rahimi did not feel that she had the typical experience the rest of Deidres patients speak about in recommending her to our friends and neighbors.As a former employee of Hoffman La Roche and Johnson & Johnson, I am extraordinarily picky about my health care providers. As a matter of fact, when I wound up in the Emergency Room in the South of France last year, I waited for Deidre to verify what I was told in the hospital before I took action.As long as Deidre is practicing, she will be my one and only primary care go to health care provider.I strongly suggest if your health is important to you, see Deidre or Dr. Joe McDonald when you need to get answers and results that work.

This is my second time receiving services from Kaizen MediSpa. The customer service is wonderful. You are greeted by Melva as soon as you open the door. Once you are checked in, you are not seated for a long time before Laura comes to greet and direct you to her suite. The rooms are clean and very relaxing. Laura talks you through every step of your service (I got the facial and dermaplaning.) You will be in great hands with the entire staff. You will not be disappointed. I spent $1,480 at this place. I went in for PRP and had a medical appointment as well. At first when I went , Deidre seemed really professional and as someone who knew what she was doing and talking about. This was all just an act. Dont ever schedule a medical appointment here. Ever. Shes just a nurse, not a PA , not a Doctor. I went to a dermatologist after having been told that my blood work had come out fine by Deidre , and that that couldnt be the reason for my hairloss. The dermatologist looked at the exact same lab results that Deidre ordered and instantly told me what minerals and vitamins I was dramatically lacking in , and prescribed me the right medication ( I needed significant high dosage of whatever was missing) and my hairloss stopped just two days after I commenced. I called Kaizen to get a refund for treatments I was no longer going to get with them ,but that I had already paid for in advance , ( my dermatologist said , that she didnt recommend I continue to receive treatment from someone who couldnt see the blatantly obvious sign of what I was causing my hairloss , she told me to ask for a refund) Kaizen refused to give me a refund. I dont want them to just keep the money that Ive given them for free, and I am no longer wasting my time there. Ive contacted my familys lawyer and told him about the situation , and he told me to relax and that he would take care of it. The professional thing to do , the correct and the appropriate right thing to do would be to give me my money back. But alas , Ill have to get that done the hard way. Times are difficult right now with working from home , covid-19 , and absolute lockdown. Trying to scam people or not being professional about it when they ask for a refund , just screams out fake , and terrible customer service. Please stay AWAY from this facility.
