Staff does a good job. My shoes on the other foot are not so good. Falling apart after just over a month of wearing. Call to see about getting this taken care of and first appointment is 11 days away. Guess if the shoes fall apart I have to go bare foot

Michael Muratore is a stellar prosthetist and the office staff are courteous and professional. Michael and the staff work well with CareFirst. They dont drive up patient costs. Rather, they order onlt appropriate and necessary repairs and replacement parts. Sometimes you must wait a few minutes beyond scheduled appointment times but the extra care given is worth the wait.

Mike is great. Takes time and care to get it right. The rest of the clinic is terrible. Slow. Promises not met repeatedly. Wont call back. Tells me no appointments all week then makes appointment on Friday. Were they lying? Very frustrated.

My first visit was today. Had I read the reviews in advance, I wouldnt have been so surprised by the poor service. Mike is great. Administrative staff is clueless. They truly have no idea how to treat patients; no one takes responsibility if you take the time to point something out to them. Sad but not uncommon in Montgomery County.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly.
