I was really disappointed. I had put in that I wanted a level 3 massage. When I was done, I asked Lisa, the manager, if that was what deep was considered here. She said that I could have said something. Which is true. However, I am laying face down in a dark room with no way to tell how much time had passed. I kept waiting for her to go deeper, as you start softer and then go deep. I almost cried when Nancy gave me a few chops on my back and said that she was done. The therapist asked me how my neck pain was and I was honest, not good.Wanting to give Nancy the benefit of the doubt, I told Lisa that I would wait a couple of days to see how I felt. But, that I was really disappointed. I have waited and still feel no better.If I were looking for purely relaxation, this would have been perfect. But I was someone in pain and was honest and up front with what I was hoping to get out of this exchange. They did not live up to my expectations at all.

Ive had chronic back pain for years as a dog groomer. Nancy at Elements Bethesda is by far the best massage therapist Ive ever had! Ive been going to her for nearly a year because she is always in tune with what I need, and owner/manager Rick is just absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I had the best experience at Elements Bethesda. My technician, Christine, was fantastic - she thoroughly reviewed my information and checked in appropriately to make sure I was comfortable. This was the first massage I had gotten in over a year and it was extremely relaxing and also made me muscle tightness feel so much better. It was really one of the best massages of my life. I really appreciated that she provided me with recommendations for further treatment without making me feel pressured, which can be a difficult balance. The (I believe) owner who was working the front desk was also great - he was very welcoming and provided great information without being pressuring. I felt extremely welcome and safe and would absolutely recommend Elements to others. I will certainly be back!

Professional, clean, and friendly! I went to try and reduce muscle pain in my shoulders and upper back and they did a great job. There are many options to choose from. The staff was incredible! They werent pushy at all in sales. Im going again this week.

Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I had an email confirming my appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Out of the blue Friday evening I get an email saying they had been unable to reach me for a credit card confirmation and were canceling my appointment! The confirmation email said nothing about any need for further confirmation nor for a credit card. Then when I called back the next morning the woman just kept saying she hadnt been there yesterday and had no idea what happened. Take your business elsewhere.

I appreciate how in front of COVID-19 precautions the business was. I enjoyed scheduling the appointment and chatting with Rick. I very much appreciate the intro rate for new clients. I had my message with Nancy and she took time to talk with me and provide recommendations. It was so good!

I have had massages for years and in many fabulous locations and I have to say that the massage I received from George was hands down the best massage I have every had. He was very conscientious about the level of pressure and also making sure I was comfortable. It was very relaxing and extremely professional. The staff at Elements is more personable and the environment is more conducive to a more relaxing atmosphere. I received my massage from Adia and she far exceeded my expectations. She was phenomenal. Although I can’t cancel my membership at ME, I decided to join Elements anyway regardless of now having to pay the additional membership fee. It’s more than worth it. I really enjoy going to elements massage and have always had a great experience. I recently had a big surgery and feel like the healing has been enhanced by the massages. Adia is amazing. My last massage I had sore muscles from my new exercise program and the soreness was gone by the end.

Very professional facility and great communication during my massage. They had a bunch of cool out the box add-ons—like salt rocks, CBD oil, etc which was a nice perk. I had Nancy and she is tiny but mighty. Highly recommend her.

BEST MASSAGE EVERRRRR!!!Just had a FANTASTIC MASSAGE with Lena at the new Elements Massage in downtown Berhesda @Bradley & Wisconsin. Both she and owner Rick Coe, who was out front, were on point, welcoming and attentive. They thoroughly read the info sheet they had me fill out upon my arrival and Lena prepared a perfect massage that address ALL my needs above and beyond my expectations. I dont think, Ive ever had a massage befire this one where it felt like all my issues, head to toe, and my usually tight aching shoulders and back more thoroughly addressed. You raised the bar Lena...I left their a new person, back in an enjoyable stress-free body head-to-toes. Its been days and my right arm and hand has not numbed up nor tingled even ounce since this massage! I will definitely be back for more massages with YOU specifically.OTHER PLUSES:AND Lena kept her talking friendly, pleasant to a very nice minimum...I dislike chatter through my massage. She welcomed me with calm friendly interaction, spoke pre-massage clarifying my massage needs, at the beginning of the massage establishing rapport in a non-invasive manner, further clarifying massage requirement and my comfort with level of pressure to my muscles/body. As I dont like a lot of talking at me that distract from my being able to slip into an enjoyable relaxed zone, her communication style was a dream come true!
