I have been patient of DR Emmer for past 18 months. Dr Emmer as well as people working in his office have been great and his treatment of medical condition has had great impact on my well being.

I had an hour consultation/evaluation with Dr. Emmer last week.From the moment he welcomed me into his office i felt his warmth.He let me speak. He asked me a lot of valuable questions. Dr. Emmer is truly, one of a kind. He’s BRILLIANT. When he was a young man, he was my grandma’s doctor. He saved her eyesight, diagnosed her correctly and saved her life. He did the same for my entire family, through my parents, and for me. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Many physicians do not take insurance. He does participate in Medicare. The insurance thing has nothing to do with only catering to the rich, despite what someone else (rudely) had to say. 🤦‍♀️ It has to do with our broken health care system and other reasons. He believes in his hippocratic oath. He believes in taking the time he NEEDS to take with each patient. Insurance companies force doctors to see a certain amount of patients per day, giving the doc and the patient about 5-10 min... which is why they are always late. He’s not late. 🤷🏼‍♀️He’s worth every penny. He’s brilliant, kind, and empathetic. I had a horrible horseback riding accident, and he actually came to VISIT me!!!

Five stars! Dr. Emmer is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is very smart, kind, patient and funny! I would highly recommend him! He is one of the few doctors that can find my veins on the first try!

They do not accept any insurance. Take care of the wealthy only. Someone else will help all others.

I first came to Dr. Emmers practice after a dear friend told me how he saved her husbands life -- making a diagnosis other physicians missed! Hes a member of AOA - the Phi Beta Kappa of medical schools. This is my trusted, go-to place whenever I get sick. Hes thorough and spends time when other physicians will quickly get you out the door. But it is also his STAFF that is always friendly, patient, helpful, and fully invested in making sure you are taken care of. It feels like FAMILY...(the GOOD ones!!) You will get excellent care. :-)

Dr Emmers staff is very positive and kind. The nurse is the only one who finds my veins and doesnt bruise me when she takes my blood!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Emmer’s for about 20 years. Whenever we have had to see him on a rush basis, he has always fitted us in. Because he is a solo practitioner, Dr. Emmer knows us and our various health issues well. His nurses and office staff are especially pleasant and have been with him for a long time. Ive been a patient of Dr. Emmer for many years. Hes extremely intelligent, thorough, patient, and (most importantly) he is considerate. Unlike other physician factories, Dr. Emmers office is small and respectful. His staff is knowledgeable and waiting time is virtually nonexistent. His knowledge of endocrinology is vast and it includes current literature as well as 40+ years of experience. Dr. Emmer also diagnoses issues I might have that are unrelated to my diabetes. He is not hesitant to recommend excellent specialists when he feels one is needed. Hes even called other doctors on my behalf while Im sitting in his office!
