Really friendly staff! They were super helpful and kind when I was having my prescription for my eyes checked. I will definitely continue to come here for my eye care!

Dr. Chaudhary is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He has a great bedside manner and consistently takes the time to listen, answer questions and explain when necessary. Ive also met with Dr. Heltzer in the past and he too was wonderful. The office staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

In addition to being exceptionally competent practitioner, Dr. Heltzer is highly concerned with the patients long-term well being and has a pleasant bedside manner. The cataract surgery he performed on me was perfect, and his long-term care over many years was thorough, trustworthy and effective.On one occasion during the pandemic I had to be seen by Dr. Chaudhary for an emergency. With exemplary professional integrity and in spite of the constraints imposed by the pandemic, he managed to guide me with competence and compassion in a way that saved my left eye, for which I am, needless to say, grateful indeed.

I’ve been a patient here for several years and it’s been a real pleasure.  The physicians are top-notch - it’s no surprise they win awards - and the staff are a perfect complement as they are equally helpful and efficient.  Dr Chaudhary is terrific - I greatly value the excellent care I receive from him. He is perfectly thorough, and extremely clear and patient in answering all my questions and discussing my treatment.  He has also been highly accommodating when I have had emergencies (this is also true for my family, all of whom are his grateful patients!)   I strongly recommend this practice.

Love Champlain Opthamology so much - it’s been my practice of choice even after having moved out of the area. Dr. Chaudhary is incredibly competent and warm- always taking time with routine appointments and making time for emergency visits. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed coming here. I’m generally quite skeptical of ophthalmologies as I have sensitive eyes but I felt very comforted from start to finish. The office itself was clean and welcoming. I have been treated by Dr. Omar Chaudhary on 3 occasions for issues with my eyes. My experience with the practice and with Dr. Chaudhary has always been excellent. Dr. Chaudhary always takes the time to carefully explain your medical diagnosis and treatment. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. Dr. Chaudhary also performed my husband’s cataract surgeries. We were very pleased with the treatment and outcome of the surgeries. Dr. Chaudhary kept us well informed about what to expect throughout. I would highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

Dr. Chaudhary is great! I had to see him for issues related to styes and dry eyes on several occasions. He actually spent time with me to explain what was happening and to answer all my questions instead of rushing me out the door like some other doctors. Hes approachable and knowledgeable at the same time. When one type of eye drop didnt work for me, he was able to recommend another kind that worked wonders. Its easy to talk to him and I highly recommend his practice!

Wonderful practice. Very helpful, doctor answer all my question and needs. Very Proffessional office with great and wonderful staff. What I love best is that they always work around my schedule. For my hungry days they always provid me with candies and bottles of water.

Had an emergency situation that required me to be seen by the doctor today. When I got to the office the doctor I specifically made an appointment with did not see me and the staff was extremely rude and insulting to the point where I became so uncomfortable I had to leave their office. They told me one thing over the phone and when I got there they switched it up and became aggressive when I tried to make sense of the situation. Extremely poor practice, horrific reception staff. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional/disrespectful manor by healthcare professionals making this practice the biggest joke/scam. If youre thinking about going to see them I would highly advise against it.

They do not take children under 10! And they just do not give a damn to help you find a pediatric eye doctor !Bad impression
