They need to have training in social skills like dealing with inquires especially over the phone. They are a pass the buck when answering place. And even yelling over each other when on the phone. These professional behavior skills are very important to client perception and theirs are very bad.

Meadowcrest Healthcare and Rehab provided top notch care to my family member. They are a small homelike building with great staff. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!
