Terrible!! No one know how to do anything correctly! Came in for a medical marijuana renewal card. First they forgot to submit my application for three weeks then my application got rejected because they sent a blurry photo! Supposedly only one person knows how to do this and she’s never there.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor, I will NOT be going here. I seen Courtney after waiting over an hour and there was nobody else there. Courtney is lucky if she can wipe her own butt. For each problem I have she wanted to send me to several different doctors. She is worthless and its people like her the reason medical care in Oklahoma is so horrible

They are a great clinic.. very prompt and professional.. they gave me stitches she numbed me up perfectly I felt absolutely nothing. I hardly even have scars anymore! They also gave me a tetanus shot. All the girls are very sweet. I love that this is a teaching clinic and allowing students to watch!

Always so friendly and the nicest staff. Ive had great experience with their weight loss program and I always tell people this Id the place to go! :)

Excellent, friendly service for a fair price. We dont have/use insurance for minor cuts and scrapes so this is the perfect place for the odd stich, or in my case a flu test. Why pay hundreds of dollars in insurance every month when this kind of service exists?

This place is the worst tells you one thing and its another. waste of time and money

Went in recently to get my hand and wrist checked. 3 different people consulted with me and examined all saying I needed xrays. An hour later got the xrays. 45 minutes later as they were closing I was given discharge instructions saying use ice or soak in warm water. Given 1 pain killer a day that doesnt help. No answers no respect for time, not even told to wrap it or use a brace. No follow up or referral. Complete waste of time and money.

This is a very shady clinic, Doctors that come and go, if you need medical marijuana this might be your clinic, if you need full service medical attention you had better keep looking, i have never met such a bunch of uncareing individulals

Got my COVD vaccine here yesterday! Was quick and professional. Plan on taking advantage of their weight loss services.

This is hands down the best Walk-In clinic I have EVER been to! I went about 2 weeks ago and the day I went, I went to 5 other clinics previously that day and it was a mess. Hannah answered the phone at TLC and from then on, my experience was nothing but AMAZING!!! No wait, beautiful and clean clinic, and overall love the doctor I was seen by. I highly recommend them! Thank you all again!

Omgoodness the care and genuine concern you could see in Dr. Valeries eyes when she expressed I might be having a complicated pregnancy.She was SO caring and comforting. And the lady who answered the phone when I called and had to re explain that I just needed to go to the ER was super sweet too, she also wished me the best of luck. LOVE the experience I had here. Absolutely amazing people, thank you both!P.s my baby is in my uterus and healthy!

Seriously love this clinic. The staff is very very kind and welcoming. They do primary care, urgent care, weigh loss programs, fillers and botox. You can basically handle everything you might need in one spot. The office is always very very clean too.

I went for a physical test, and i signed in and the wait was not long at all. Once my name was called to go back, everyone working was very professional and friendly. The testing went fabulous and I had a very comfortable experience at TLC Walk-in Clinic. I recommend this place to everyone!! Very shady, the PA refused to do anything but I was still charged. If you need medical service, go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Everytime id call just rude rush me off the phone telling me to find help elsewhere. I just needed nausea treatment. Disappointing

I was in and out very quickly. The clinic was updated and very clean!! Everyone there was extremely friendly!

I visited there this weekend. We all have to be a bit more patient because of covid and I appreciate the measures they’ve gone to keep things clean. Front desk person was great and super friendly. I went in for a UTI and being a middle age woman I know a uti and it’s symptoms. The female PA came in and it went downhill. She was adamant I did not have one, and then insisted it was just because i drank too much water and that was my problem. I did not feel like she tried to solve the problem or listen to me. I had to insist on having everything tested. Received the test today and it was a uti. I walked away from something I should’ve been relieved about and instead was so frustrated by the bad experience.

I had an excellent experience at TLC. My daughter and I have been feeling sick for several days. We got in quick and everyone was so nice. We appreciate everyone helping us feel better. Thank you!

Ive been going to this place for around 3 years. They are great! They always take care of my needs/sicknesses and are the most genuinely nicest people I have ever dealt with at a doctors office. I dont ever look forward to going there but when I do I know Im getting the help and attention I need.

I was in and out in about 30min. Everyone was super friendly and clearly care a lot about their patients. Also it was super clean and affordable! Would highly recommend

Went in because I had infection in a tooth. Saw provider Heather, I asked for antibiotics and pain meds because my cardiologist told me to stay completely away from anykind of NSAID. Told her my blood pressure was 200/110 even on my BP meds because I was in terrible pain. After being informed I was getting no relief from acetaminophen and could not have any kind of NSAID like ibuprofen or Aleve because of my hypertension issue. She proceeded to try give me a NSAID in a shot form. I called my cardiologist and he told me that was ridiculous and I should go to the er so I went to Baptist. They got me out of pain and prescribed the right antibiotics not the ones she sent to my pharmacy. If you have any pre existing conditions that need special attention to detail. Do not visit this urgent Care. Was my by far worst experience ever!!!

Very affordable place to go for healthcare for folks that dont have insurance they can also provide you your prescription medication cheaper than you can get it at the pharmacy I would highly recommend TLC walk-in clinic

Everyone here is very friendly, and the office is nice and well kept. The wait time was short both times we came, and the care felt more thorough than other walk-in clinics Ive been to. Id definitely recommend this clinic.

Good care ever time i go. Usually when i cant reach my pc or other dr. Weekends holidays etc. Fast response to my needs. Staff and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and will look it up if they dont know.

Dont use this clinic if you have insurance, they are not upfront about prices. The staff is friendly and the service was adequate, but on two separate visits my boyfriend and I were told $20 for the visit (a reasonable price for a walk in clinic) a few weeks later they slap us both with a $180 bill for our first time visit fee. When my boyfriend called them about his bill (it was the first to arrive) they said they could file without insurance so the fee was $30 instead of $180, but then they sent another bill for $180. Save your time and money and go to a different clinic.

I am so grateful for this tlc walk-in clinic .. for years I have searched for a doctor tht would see me as a person and for years I was met with cruelty.. since tlc started offering primary care I have been going to Mrs Heather Kennedy .. she dosent judge and listens to me instead of treating me bad .. I am so thankful for her help I send everyone who tells me they need a good pcp there .. the office staff and nurses are awesome at wht they do and they know their stuff.. shout out to doc lee Thankyou for opening ur pcp department .. words cannot express my gratitude
