I have been going to Mercy Health Clinic for several years and have been quite pleased. I have not had long waiting time. Jayme Meyers, P.A. saw me first and she left to have her baby. I am now seeing Meredith Storm, P.A. and she is great! The nurses and front desk are always nice and I would recommend Mercy Clinic to anyone (and have). It saddens me to see those that have not had a positive experience.

Stay away!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to suffer like I did because of this doctor!! Don’t go here! Dr Jeffery Sabine is the worst doctor I have ever come across in all my life! I was in a horrible car wreck (totaled my car) and dislocated my elbow, broke it completely in half, and broke two bones in my wrist. I had to have surgery on both the next day! Because of the new narcotic law I was told while I was still in the hospital that the next script I got of pain medicine would need to come from my primary. 3 weeks after my car wreck (all 3 bones very much still broken) I called the office and told them I would come in if I needed to. I got the run around from him for about a week, and when I finally got an answer he said NO! I called my surgeons office because I thought maybe I missed something, and they told me to call my primary back and let him know the severity of it. I sent him an email (once again stating I would come in) and he acted like I refused to make an appointment and come in. Really?! I told MULTIPLE people I would come in!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ He still refused to help me, instead what does he do? He recommended me to pain management! The pain management place was 35 minutes from my house (I don’t have a car anymore) and would take 1 - 2 weeks to even get in to see anyone. The pain management place also called me a couple of days later and told me they don’t take car wreck injuries and to call my primary! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Doctors are supposed to help! This isn’t my first bad experience with this doctor, but it is one that I’ll never forget! My elbow was dislocated, and all 3 of my bones in my arm were still broken at my 2nd post op visit AFTER this encounter from the doctor! So basically I had 3 broken bones and the one person on the planet who could help me refused to and then (lied and tried to blame me) when I got upset, because I was in excruciating pain because of him!! This injury was literally the most painful thing in my life and I was left high and dry thanks to this insensitive doctor! Again this isn’t my first bad experience. One time I saw him and his response word for word was “well what do you expect me to do about it?” He should lose his license! I’ve NEVER had a pleasant experience with this doctor, but this experience pushed me over the edge. Don’t let yourself or your family see this doctor!! You’ll understand what I mean if you do! So unprofessional, so insensitive. He’s only there for the paycheck!! Find a doctor that will care about you and your needs!

I am usually not the one to write reviews but this time I feel like a review is needed. We had a family doctor at this clinic and they have laid off all doctors except for two they moved the family around to the two doctors that remain all but my son who is need of his medication in order to function in school and society. We never got a call informing us we no longer had a family doctor until we spent days calling to see why we couldnt get a refill on my sons medication. 3 days later finally get a call saying the 2 other Doctors arent accepting new patients even though he has seen one of the doctors that remains before. My son is out of his medication and a doctor wont see him at this clinic but the rest of the family can be seen. We will all be looking for a new doctor since they want to kick a minor child to the curb in need of daily medication. If you can see or move other family members around to the remaining doctors there is absolutely no reason my child should be kicked to curb when he needs a doctor the most. After being on the phone and no resolution this clinic has become heartless in a time of need.Where did Dr. Heather Lynch go? Who furloughed doctors during a pandemic?Mercy does. Thinking they furloughed the wrong doctor. Unbelievable

This clinic is the worst. Every time I went I ALWAYS had to wait at least 2-3 hours. And once I moved and could no longer go there and before I could establish a new primary care doctor, they refused to refill my prescription for an antidepressant, causing me to have to abruptly stop taking it which you are NEVER supposed to do with those kinds of medicines. I am extremely scared about how my body is going to react to quitting my medicine cold turkey like this, so thanks a lot Mercy.

I have been going to the Mercy Clinic for over ten years. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Debra Riggs is a fine doctor who is careful, caring and thorough. She even called my daughter at 11:30pm because her test results showed an emergency situation. That is dedication. I would give 5 stars, but it takes always 2 hours minimum for the doctor to get in to see me. However, when she arrives, she listens and is willing to take all the time that is needed to discuss my medical needs. Frustrating as the wait is, that kind of care is worth waiting for.

Originally gave 5 stars due primarily to the excellence of Dr Heather Lynch. As a transplant from Seattle I had to find a new primary w/my United healthcare plan and she was recommended. During my annual wellness visit she listened very carefully to my holistic approach to my proactive healthcare and after reading more of the reviews on here I will be more attentive to the staff on my next wellness visit. It’s not easy to find a doctor who is attentive and will listen and she is it for me.!!!!! Update September 17, 2020My Dr Heather Lynch was furloughed. Who furloughs their doctors in the middle of a pandemic? I had scheduled an annual wellness exam and was assigned to Dr. Riggs only to learn that I would have to come back for the wellness exam because they have Medicare nurses do that and they do not refill scripts of which I needed several-why wasn’t I told that when I scheduled the exam? I have kept myself self isolated since March and didn’t appreciate the idea that I would have to take the risk to come back a second time. But that was not the worst of it. This doctor declined to refill a script (non-narcotic) that I had been using successfully and pushed a different pharmaceutical I do not need nor want and I had to cancel it at Walgreens and then go onto my Mercy to correct the medical information that I was not taking it so that my records would be accurate. On that record I discovered she had listed a holistic idea I had mentioned but was not yet trying. She may hear you but does not listen. I’ve never had a doctor take a personal phone call in the middle of my exam either, she didn’t leave the room so I was privy to everything that she said on her end of the call. When I got to the pharmacy I discovered not only did she go ahead and call in the pharmaceutical she pushed but did not refill the ones I asked for so I had to send a message on my Mercy net asking for the allergy medicine that I needed, she complied but it took so many extra steps just to get what I needed. I have been treated for severe eczema for over six years and during the exam she told me she didn’t think it was eczema even after I’ve had two biopsies three dermatologists an allergist and a specialist say it is. Then she set up several referrals I did not yet need and now I’m getting phone calls from them to set appointments. I take a personal responsibility for my health care and I’m very proactive and can schedule my own appointments I don’t need someone else to do it for me. This was a most unsatisfactory experience and I will be working with United Healthcare for a new primary.I will not be going back.

Billed for the visit which was not even required. Try to reach finance person and he promised to get back to me with the solution. Its been more than 2 weeks and counting and no reply from this place.... worst experience ever.. surely that was my last visit with them.

Horrible. The very air there is stifled and depressing. The staff act like they really dont care if they see another patient or not. They acted genuinely surprised when someone wants an appointment or says Dr. Sabine is their new PCP! I would stay away. Jayme Myers (PA for Dr. Sabine) is arrogant and sardonic while Dr. Sabine seems bitter and callous. They are good at putting in referrals elsewhere, though. IF you have a need for pain management referrals, though, be advised there are two doctors (2!!) in Oklahoma theyll refer you to, and neither wants you if you need pain meds.

Dr lynch is an amazing Dr. Ive been her patient for a while. When she moved here.. the office staff wouldnt return calls and when i finally got through the woman was beyond rude. No social skills. This mercy office doesnt take soonercare which is funny cause my kids have been mercy physicians patients before. So sad to see an excellent doctor go to a horrible office.

Abbey Woods is a terrible doctor, she is just 32 years old, but acts like she is about 17 years old. She is cruel, rude, and does not like to be questioned about what concerns your body. She misdiagnosis me, and would not own up to it? She is careless, and acts like she is somhow better than her patients? I finally found a great doctor, who did tests and found no diseases. He could not believe how bad she is, and said that she was wrong. He went on to say how sorry he was for such bad behavior on her part. I spoke with a lawyer recently and he said I would of had a case to get this so called doctor fired and win a settlement if I had died, my husband would of had a perfect case with me being dead. He gave us great advice how to deal with her. And believe me there is more ways to get to her personally. What a waste of an education. People of Oklahoma, get to know your doctors before you find youself in my position. I am now recovering from a real illness that she could not handle! Maybe a veterinarian would of been a better choice for this little girl, but even my dog is to precious for what she knows in text books only. She has no experience, and I was not seeing her so she could practice on my body. Bad doctor, even more a waste of humanity! She does not deserve to breath the same air as the rest of good people here in Oklahoma! Beware!!!!!!!!

Hard to get in if you have an acute issue. Hard to get someone to call you back. Messaged dr and was told there was an opening at 420 then I said ok, ill be there.... then 45 min later I got a message back saying call to schedule. by then the appt was taken. and I may have pneumonia. I work with drs all day at my job and one said you need to get them to call you in something.. waiting for a call still from my nurse or dr....... disappointed and sick. Not impressed with some of these PAs from this place or Dr. Sabine. last time I was there he came in room and flopped down. he had the wrong pt and got up and said Ooops wrong patient. so yeah, I think sometimes you are treated like a number here. feels like it to me anyways.
