I always have a great experience at this office. The staff is pleasant and helpful as is Dr. Privott. He is so personable and answers questions honestly and thoroughly. He gives treatment plan options and discusses each offering his thoughts about each making me the patient comfortable in the choices I make.

Everyone was extremely accommodating. All were friendly, polite, and professional. Dr.Privott even brought his tall stool over for me to prop up my leg, which has a blood clot. They let me prop it up on another chair while waiting.. the wait was not long.

I liked that they did my prescription before they dilated my eyes! And fitted the frames before i left so I won’t have to miss work when my new glasses come in. The exam was very thorough and they answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Dr. Mark B. Privott is always on time, he gets me in way before my schedule time. Never rushes his appointment and truly cares. I also appreciate his front desk staff very professional and friendly all the times. He has been my Optometrist for over 20 years plus I have never gone to anyone else.

Ive been going here for shingles treatment in my eye since last year and could not have made it through without Dr. Privott and his wonderful staff. This is a long, dangerous, and very painful experience to have to go through. Im sure the majority do not even know you can get shingles in your eye, I had no clue till it happened. There is no way to convey the pain I experienced and I feel like I would not have survived if I had gone anywhere else. The care I have received was the best and I cant thank them enough. I hope this can help anyone that is thinking of going here for the first time. I am still receiving treatment and have a surgery coming up and am glad I have the best care possible. Thank you all for everything you have done for me!!!!

Dr. Privott was very through in examining Jerrys eyes. Found out he has cataracts on both eyes. He has referred us to Dr. Hummel. We are very hopeful this will help with the issues Jerrys been having.

I wasnt comfortable giving my ss# over the phone. Then on the day of my appointment, I called for directions & was put on hold. The address I was given was for the other eye care of Bethany. Since all of the confusion made me late for my appointment I was told to reschedule.

When I had an eye emergency, I had never been there before but they made arrangements for the doctor to examine my eye on a day he is usually out of the office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Privott for over 20 years. He’s a wonderful doctor, and his staff is always efficient and friendly!
