Pharmacy is very fast. Very clean environment

I would normally give this Walgreens a 50 star review because everyone that works there is sooooo helpful and nice!! But not the guy working in there at the register tonight. He just has a really bad attitude. Ill still always use this location because its the closest to my house and I love it, but maybe someone can tell him to lighten up, or if he doesnt like his job, tell him to go flip burgers or do something else, because he is just making happy people like me and my man annoyed.

This is the worst store among the Walgreens although ALL Walgreens are horrible in the pharmacyThey don’t issue Covid cards they just give you a receipt their webpage and phone tells you that you don’t need an appointment but turn you away if you show up without one there are so many problems with the pharmacy I can’t list them all

Its a typical Pharmacy Ive been dealing with Walgreens for years theyre dependable

There was plenty to choose from of what I was looking for. Store is very well maintained; cleanliness and shelves sufficiently stocked. The girls at the pharmacy were busy in the back so I couldnt get help from them for what I was searching for but the was a customer in the pharmacy area super small town friendly, back in the day friendly who helped me find what I was looking for and also explained the products to me. The mature gal who was at the counter when I came in gave a 2.25 star ho-hum cut and dry greeting. The manner of her greeting sounded as though she was greeting me only because she has to. When I went to check out 10 mins or so later there was a different associate at the counter; 3.75 star customer service. Ive shared some photos of their sales for the week of Jan 12th, 2020. Theyre one of the few places that still carries Nestles Chunky. 3.5 stars this call.

Store clerk was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were meet.

The ice cream in the store is advertised as buy one get one free but even with the rewards card they wont give a discount because of a problem with the system at the register. When asking for a refund, the manager refused a full refund claiming another problem with their system and instead gave $20 in cash rewards points. This store is not even abiding by the law for the false in-store advertising and not honoring refunds before leaving the register.

The staff was less than helpful. I’m recovering from back surgery and had on large back brace. There were not carts in front of store. I asked employee and he said I should look through store for one. I was getting several items and had them in my arms. Saw another employee and he found me a little hand basket. Needless to say, I cut the shopping short. As I was walking towards checkout, first employee went outside and found a basket. Continued to be non helpful. I will drive further to another store or CVS in the future. I do get prescriptions through drive through and they have been great!!

Pharmacy is getting horrible, 3 times in the last 4 months of picking up my wifes prescriptions they were not ready even though they send notification saying they are ready. I personally called the last ones in for refills and tried to pickup today and they have no record of them being called in(twice now) even though their system gave me a ready time.

We have a sick toddler. We scheduled a corona test at 145pm... We arrived and are now waiting in a vehicle with a sick child at a drive threw window because they are on lunch. Good job guys. Schedule an appointment and just take your lunch right before that appointment. How professional. Deffintly earned your one star review today

I have been sick so my family talked me into getting a covid test...I scheduled the test for 10:15 am...I get there and wait and wait and wait!! I ring the bell several times, no response!! Why schedule covid tests for people if you have no intentions on testing them!!! This was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

Service is alright. Prices are really high. Descent place to go if you need medicine, definitely not a place to shop at.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. The is excellent and so are the employees that work here. I only had an issue with the pharmacy once but nothing major.The wait is a little long when you try to fill or pick up medications but that all good.Overall excellent experience as always.

Unable to take my insurance for a prescription because the card I have does not have a PCN number. I have never been asked for this at a Walmart or CVS pharmacy. I just used this insurance information at an Integris ER this week but it apparently isnt good enough for Walgreens.

They are not friendly with anyone because I met a worker there and the truth if he does not like to tend better not to work

They try to hard to help you. Sometimes it is to busy. I live close by and just go back when its less busy. This place beats Walmart.

Worst experience of my life. Were currently having a health crisis so i go to the walgreens to get medicine. The cashier has a mask but it isnt on . she coughs like 4 times and say shes healthy. But why wouldnt you have your mask on to cough. Danger to public health. Skip this location guys. What a joke! Why would you come to work like that. Covid 19 is serious

Definitely one of the better Walgreens Pharmacy’s I’ve visited. The staff is cheerful and helpful, even in the most frustrating of situations. They seem genuine and as though they truly care.

Pharmacy-I have been coming to this location for 5 of the 20 years that I have used Walgreens. In the past year, the service has tanked. You pull up to the drive through and they will leave you sit there for 5-10 minutes without acknowledgement, even tho they are standing at the window and can see you. Dont bother trying to call. You get put on hold, which is understandable within reason. but when the phone rings because its your turn finally, they put you back on hold again, without any acknowledgement. Its ringing and then hold music and then its ringing and then its hold music. Its quite ridiculous and offensive. I have personally had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere.Later Walgreens. You dont make thousands off me a year like you do some people but when my time comes, some other pharmacy will get that dough. ✌

I love this Wal-Greens. The staff is always very helpful and professional. The pharmacy is always looking out for me with cost and ensuring that I pay the least amount I have to pay. LOVE THEM!!

Waited an hour for one medication, came back said it would take another 15 minutes, go to the grocery store for 30 minutes, come back oh it’s not ready yet. This is the worst drug store do not come here unless you like wasting time

Every time Ive gone in the staff is always really friendly to me. I do wish there was a Walgreens closer to where I live but other than that no complaints.

Pharmacy is always slow sitting here with 104 fever with the flu been waiting over an hour. Rediculous. Now it gets even better pharmacy just realized i had 2 prescriptions so guess will be waiting nuther hour or two. Very ill organized. Guess would be ok if you intend to pickup scrips in like the next day

The pharmacy is incompetent & rude. Its there job to answer questions respectfully not with a attitude.

Not only is it the slowest pharmacy in history, they say 30 minutes but when you give them an hour they tell u to come back 45 minutes they also forget to give you perceptions. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Absolutely incompetent pharmacy. Dr. Called in script for an antibiotic for a serious infection. Insurance needed a pre authorization. Took them 4 days to get paperwork right. Finally got approval today and when I go to pick it up guess what. We dont stock it. We have to order it and cant get it for three more days. The tech says they wont order meds until insurance pays for them. They could have told me 4 days ago they didnt have it. Everytime I talk to them they have a different story. Just lazy employees. My wife and I have extensive medical conditions and last year insurance paid over 150 thousand dollars. Walgreens wont be seeing that anymore thats for sure.

Nice people that work there they stay stocked what else can u ask for prices are lil lol up there on some stuff but you can definitely catch some good sales

Severely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the pharmacy and their ability to serve the customer. Incapable of processing paperwork creating unnecessary games of red tape. Will never use Walgreens ever in the future!

I love using the pharmacy here. The workers (most of them) are helpful and kind. Ive only had one pharmacist that seemed to hate her job, but I only saw her once. Otherwise theyre helpful. One guy helped me figure out where my prescription had gone and called me back multiple times to update me on insurance issues and to get me the prescription for as cheap as possible.Only problem is the updating system. I have updated my address and phone number many different times for my kids and myself and yet every time I go in they have the wrong address and/or phone number. Its become kind of a joke in our family. But thats Walgreens fault, not this particular locations.

Quick place to stop in when I dont want to go into Wal-Mart or the grocery store. A little more expensive but quick and convenient plus its alot better than only having a choice between 7-11 or some other gas station to get bread, pop and sometimes milk from. I dont use the pharmacy because I found Western Oaks Pharmacy in the Mercy Health bldg. is much cheaper and alot quicker with much friendly staff. But I do find most of my makeup here because they have a huge selection to choose from. I wouldve given 5 star if they had fountain drinks here to!
