Mercer Adams handled my grandmas funeral in May. Every part of the experience from start to finish was incredible. I have never dealt with a company that is run so smoothly before. I highly recommend this place. There is nothing that they dont have thought through, and they have an answer for everything. They also have the cutest USB holders I have ever seen lol :) Thank you so much for all you did for our family.

My young cousin just recently passed. His funeral was handled by Mercer Adams. I have never experienced such a poorly organized funeral. First no one was directing attendees upon arrival. It was awhile before we found out where the family was to gather.When people were passing to view the body there was no one controlling the flow. People all turned and went to the family congesting the entire front of the room. I believe after the staff directed the first line they must have walked out. Never saw them again. Due to the congestion many of us could not pay our respects to Shane.The limousine with the casket left without the funeral party.One staff member told some drivers at the front of the parked lines which line would go first, then dissappeared. Not all received the message and people were pulling out from all directions. It was the fastest funeral procession I have ever driven in with people trying to catch up.At the grave site the flowers covering the casket slid off during the service. I have never experienced that.The two staff members who were suppose to be handling the funeral appeared to be a young trainee and older gentleman who someone identified as Mr. Mercer.I am a senior citizen who has attended many funerals. This was so poorly handled. I felt so sorry for my cousin. Maybe its because the family couldnt afford to spend a lot of money.

Attended several funerals here and they are always very nice and accommodating. If anything needed attention, they are right on it.

My father just passed and its the first time I have ever had to lay a parent to rest. Still dealing with a lot of emotion as well as my siblings and grandmother. I just want to say Mercer Adams did a great job. Families are not always easy to please and everyone wont always be happy, there are always a few that do not take into consideration how scatter brained we are. We made funeral arrangements just minutes after my father passed.Needless to say we had many chiefs in our family and a lot of ideas being passed along. Amy did a great job at trying to capture everyone of our ideas and wants. In my young 28 years of living, I have attended too many funerals here at Mercer Adams and every service is different and accustomed to each family! Thank you again for taking care of my HUGE family!

Mercer Adams handled the arrangements for our precious mom. Everything ran very smoothly, and they did an amazing job. I would recommend MAFS to anyone.....they are the best!!
