I unfortunately had to place my mom in memory care after caring for her in my home for 7 years. This was a very difficult decision. Mom has been there a little over 1 1/2 years and I have to say that I’m am very pleased. Mom loves it there! When I have visited the staff are very sweet to her. She always seems clean. The facility is clean as well. They have been doing a very good Job during Covid and been following the rules, hover very sensitive to the family and those emotions as we go through the lockdowns.I would recommend this facility to anyone that is need a place for their loved one.

My mother-in-law made very close friendships with the residents and staff over the three years she lived at Glade Avenue. The staff helped my wife understand dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and made recommendations to improve her mom’s quality of life. When my wife had surgery and could not visit her mom for two months, the staff assisted with phone calls and gave my mother-in-law an higher level of care and support to fill in. As her health declined the center graciously relocated her to their building with more care without raising her cost. My wife will always be grateful for the excellent care that her mom received at Glade Avenue.

Paying CNAs $10/hour what a joke

We put my MIL here at her request a month ago and so far, we are all very pleased...with every part of her care.

I have been a CNA for 20 year and I would honestly tell everyone to stay far away from this facility. Bed Bugs, poor co-worker work ethics and more.
