Medical staff at the Bethalto Reference Network Lab location are excellent. The facility leaves a great deal to be desired! The lab facility is very small and is crowded when more than 2-3 people are there. Basically impossible to practice proper social distancing, half the available waiting room chairs are within 1-to-2 feet of the entry door. Thus new people coming in are forced to walk within 1ft of patients. The bathroom where urine test samples are collected was filthy, with urine splattered ovñer the toilet and the floor. I gave my test sample standing over the sink because I refused to walk (wade) thru the urine on the floor. As I said, good medical staff, adequate (but slow) office staff, poor facilities.

I got an appointment in for depression. I want to thank dr harms nurse Rachel for how much compassion she has. I’m in a dark place and she didn’t judge me for that.

I absolutely love dr. Harms hes such a great doctor! He really listens to your concerns/ailments and then tries to get to the bottom of them; truely the best doctor Ive ever had.

This office is SLOW. The office is rude and you dont get any sense of caring at all! I like the Denise and Dr Harms so I go back. It takes forever to get a phone call back. You are dealing with peoples health and that can be a very scary thing for some and to make them wait so long for results is ridiculous!!!

Great physicians and office staff!

The nurse practitioner is wonderful, but the staff is incompetent.
