I went to them back in 2013 when I broke two bones in my foot and they were pleasant and kind then a few years later I tried to get my prescription filled with them they told me that they aren’t accepting any new patients I explained to them that I am not a new patient and that I’ve filled with you all before back in 2013 but that wasn’t good enough apparently. Earlier today they told me the same thing that they weren’t accepting any new patients. I do not recommend them at all unfortunately.

At Hometown Pharmacy, you are treated like a valued customer. They are always friendly and available to answer any questions that I might have. There are no long lines to wait in and they give prompt, reliable and efficient service and their delivery service is very beneficial when you are unable to go and pick up your medicine.

They always take great care of me

I’ve used this pharmacy for years and the lady that answers the phone has always been very rude to me. I let it slip a few times until today when I called about my medication getting fixed. She was so rude with me because I asked is she could please repeat a number to make sure it was taken down right with my voice being off due to surgery. She then began to be ugly with me and hung up the phone in my face. I then called back to speak with Tim and she hung up on me again so I turn around and called back because I really wanted to let Tim know how she was treating his customers. By the way I’m not the only person she’s been rude to. But after the third attempt to talk to him she still refused to let me she said my manager is standing right here beside me and heard me repeat the number back then she went on to repeat the number I said that’s all I wanted from you in the first place and then hung up the phone. So she lied about repeating the number I had two different people listening while I was on speaker phone talking to her. Then she was suppose to inform me when my medicine was taken care of and I never heard a word from them. Needless to say I will no longer use this pharmacy due to the fact that they let the workers treat their customers poorly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. Sooner or later you’ll see exactly why I made this post.

Hometown pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions filled after my doctor abruptly left her practice and I was unable to get a refill. They have always taken amazing care of me and alerted me about my medicines and possible interactions because of my multiple medical conditions. But today I was lost and hopeless and was going to bite a ER bill just to get my meds filled, but they stayed on hold for almost an hour until they reached someone to help me! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

This is literally the first terrible rating I have ever given. I dont know where these other good reviews come from unless their employees,friends,or family.. this is the worse pharmacy I have ever seen. The pharmacist talking down to and being rude to elderly customers..what a loser.....

Great Place to Shop with Great Prices.. And Fast, Friendly Services...plus you dont have to wait sooo long to have your Prescription Filled....They will always get my Business.. Caring People,, They Are!!!!

I just had to say once again how much we love our patients! Thank you so much for being patient as we have served you curbside during the pandemic. We hope to open soon and have a drive through coming soon for drop off and pick up, for those times you are sick, or just on the run. We have a new online store so you can order and pick up at the store (Im sure there will be a small learning curve for us in this endeavor - but we are so excited!) Together, we hope to give you many options for shopping in a safe way.
