Always a great experience. The renovations are stunning. Clean facility, friendly professional staff. They always make my son very comfortable with his exam and they have tons of patience with him. We had a pretty awful experience last year with a different company so this place was a breath of fresh air.

Staff and Doctors are very professional and courteous. They take their time and explain every procedure fully. They answer all questions and work to help you get the best price on any prescription glasses that you might need.

When I came in the doctors office I had to have my temperature checked and answer questions related to Covid 19. They did a thorough screening. The lady that did the screening was nice, and professional. The lobby had 2 seats that were six feet apart. I noticed that every one was wearing mask and that they had they on correctly and that every where they hand sanitizer in multiple places. The tech Les, both receptionist and Dr Drew were nice and professional. Dr Drew listened to me and he was so kind and knowledgeable of what was going on with my eyes. I have got my new prescription yet but I will try to do another review when I do. So far I am very impressed.

I normally get my eyeexam/glasses from Walmart, but I missed my appointment due to work and was told it would be a month and a half before the next opening.Luckily enough Eyecare Associates was close by and could see me in a week instead. The staff was very kind and the doctor was very helpful. Especially so to the point that he gave me a full explanation of the purpose for each test and what the results from each meant. I was at ease when he showed me I had a small bleed in one of my eyes that he was sure was not a serious issue. Comforting to know.I had a particular style of glasses that was not in office, so the doctors saleswoman worked with me to find the closest thing to it and ordered three choices for me to have sent to her to try onOverall, Im happy and will come again.

Dr. And his associate were friendly & listen to what u have to say & how through & follow good protocol regarding your sight. However it was long wait to see the doctor an hour after my scheduled appt. & I had to call them to find out if my perscription were ready they had been sitting there for weeks. However, I like my frames and they are informative.
