I think that most seniors or people on permanent disability with Medicare would benefit from belonging to a JenCare Medical Center. The doctors are amazing, were always treated with respect AND our opinions on our own Healthcare always matter, theyre never dismissed. They take great care of everyone that Ive spoken to & try their best to keep specialists under their roof making them a very unique place of care. I cant say enough good about JenCare.

I have NO complaints about JenCare. They are in my opinion the Best at what they do. Getting appointments, referrals , medicines are quick and easy. My appointments are always assuring my doctor always ask my thoughts and makes sure I understand everything before I leave. Everyone Ive ever had contact with at JenCare always greets you with a smile theyre very polite and they listen to you . Other offices get so caught up in what theyre doing they forget about you and your needs but not here. Youll leave here feeling good about the quality of care youve received. Im GLAD to have JenCare and the entire staff on my healthcare team.

When I started Jen care, I knew from the first visit with them that I would be returning. Everyone is so professional, know their jobs well and are very very respectful to the patients. The Doctor I see does not rush but take time with you. She want to know whats going on with you. She explained to me how to better my health in the area needed. She is kind and so positive about the health of the Patients.

Ive only been there four months, but so far so good. The staff is both pleasant and efficient; and there is barely any wait time. My Dr has patience, is attentive, knowledgeable and quite pregnant, but still very good.. the place also seem to be very clean...

I bring my parents here, and they seem to love it so I love it for them. Staff is nice, they have no disappointed me the 4 times Ive gone to visit with my father. They also have coffee avaliable which I thought was cute, because all the elderly people go up and drink. Its very welcoming feeling.

My Aunt, Eleanor Koval, is a patient of JenCare for the past several years. It was a blessing when she had to transition to a new clinic because of health insurance reasons. Everyone is so caring and compassionate. You experience the compassion through out the clinic which is extremely comforting & welcoming. It truly is a special place and we are so grateful. Thank you JenCare!

Its sad that because of insurance reasons my mother had to change clinics. Shes been going to JenCare now for a little over a year, and all I can say is that we will definitely be looking into changing clinics. Theres no communication between the doctors, one doctor in particular cant seem to know what is going on with his patients, and the only helpful personnel Ive encountered is one front desk girl and two nurses. Its so frustrating when you have questions and no one has an answer.

We were sitting in the clinic for like 3 hours trying to get Dr Catherine and nothing! The doctor works from this clinic and she is nowhere to be found so she can give out a referral to our friend for a leg prosthesis for a Specialist. Absolutely none of the customer Service ladies can help out poor friend. I am referring him to a clinic where they will be more caring of his health needs.

My father is a patient of Dr. Anichini in Berwyn, IL. My father was diagnosed with heart failure, decreased kidney function and malnutrition, among other things. During one doctor appointment, Dr. Anichini demanded me and my sister leave the room and then later told my mom we shouldnt attend doctor appointments with my father, as it raises his blood pressure. The center manager, Christine and the doctor seem to side with my mom on most everything, never once questioning why my dad is malnutritioned while in her care. When I confronted my mom at the doctors office, Christine stepped in and was condescending towards me. I then requested Dr. Anichini to fill out FMLA paperwork for me to give my employer so I could take intermittent time off work when needed to take my dad to doctors visits or if a higher level of care was required. I have called numerous times, as has my boss, with no response and no completion of paperwork. When I become frustrated with their staff, asking what is taking so long for the paperwork to be completed, Im met with the generic response of, Well let the doctor know. While I understand they are busy, should my dad be hospitalized or need a ride the doctor, I can not take paid time off work. I work 12 hour work days and the loss of income for any 1 day off unpaid is highly impactful to me. Today, Christine, the Office Manager, called to say the paperwork was sent (it wasnt) and proceeded to leave me a voicemail reprimanding me about how I spoke to the staff. She went on to shame me for being frustrated with her staff. I am a 36 year-old woman, not a child. If I want to use a frustrated tone with her staff for continually putting me off and not allowing me to care for my father under FMLA, then I will certainly do so! If they have trouble managing a frustrated caller, they may want to consider investing in customer service training. Additionally I stated to them - in writing - that the FMLA paperwork was not to be sent via fax to my office. When they called to say the paperwork was sent via fax (again, not true) I used a fruatrated tone when asking why they didnt follow my directions.Steer clear of this medical facility. There is an alarming lack of bedside manner and customer service.

I have been going to the Berwyn clinic for over 2 years im a senior and thanks to Dr Anichini and her directions i havent felt this good in years shes very sincere and im very happy with all the services i receive from this clinic. As we age we get stubborn if we would pay attention to our Drs theres a chance we can live better lives as we age. This Dr is out there to help u and i cant thank her enough she cares about all of us thanks for reading this Kathleen Leslie Sr. Patient at Berwyn Clinic
