Receptionist was friendly and very professional. Assistant was friendly as well, answered any questions i had and explained everything as far as what I needed done. Dr. Hutchinson very friendly, explained everything, very professional and funny.

My experience getting my wisdom tooth removed with dr Hugh was great. I had anxiety, but never felt a thing and the process was quick. I was comfortable the entire time and there was no difficulty during the process of extracting my tooth. I would highly recommend this place. Both Hugh and his staff are great.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, however when it came time for my wisdom teeth removal, the surgeon himself struggled to find a vein to administer the anesthesia. Each time he inserted a needle, it hurt much more than any prior experience Ive ever had with a medical professional. I ended up leaving with several tiny holes on my hands and arms, and a bruise in the crook on my right elbow appeared a few days later. I didnt get my wisdom teeth removed here, I left without being serviced and had better luck at a different office. Getting a refund was a seamless process, though, so that part was good at least.

Not too many people can say having a tooth extracted is a pleasant experience, but thats exactly how I felt. Dr and Juanita are a great team. It was so nervous when I got to the office. Staff was amazing. The nurse that assisted the doctor was simply the best. Extremely pleasant and caring. She helped with my nerves and assured me everything will be ok. The doctor was in my opinion great. It look less than 5 mins to have my tooth removed. He asked how I was feeling and if I had any questions. My overall experience was great. Highly recommend

The girls working the front desk are very knowledgeable and capable of their jobs. Im sure just as anyone visiting a new dentist or oral surgeon I was nervous at first but the experience was actually very smooth. The dental assistants along with Dr. Marchmont also make you feel comfortable answering any questions or doubts you might have even up until minutes prior to your procedure which makes the experience more easy going. If in need of dental services, I would recommend, even if it is just for a consultation.

I had 2 premolars extracted, quickly. I arrived at 1:55 for my 2pm appointment. I was in my car at 2:33pm.They called me in. I sat in the seat and the Surgeon’s assistant asked me a few questions, gave me after care instructions. Dr Hugh M. came in swabbed my cheeks with the pink numbing agent which sat for a few minutes. He returned with the needles. As I exhaled he injected the solution into my gums. His assistant chatted more with me about eating and drinking after the visit. He left for about 5 minutes returned and injected the other side. Maybe a minute later another assistant came in. The assistant says, “you’ll feel some pressure.” I felt it from the surgeon extracting tooth number 1. The assistant says, “more pressure.” I felt it from tooth #2.Just like that he was finished! Both teeth removed! I stood up with a little dizziness. Which I suppose is normal. I sat back down for a minute and was on my way to check out with the cashier. I paid and was in my car at 2:33pm.2 premolars gone!No pain.No throbbing.No headache.Not a thing!!The next two days same song.No pain.No throbbing.No headache.And no swelling.Not a thing.I’m on my way to recovery just fine. I’m pleased and satisfied with the service I received. I recommend you set your appointment and leave your tooth extraction worries behind. Dr Hugh M. will get you right. I know if I ever need to get rid of some teeth I’ll be back in this office to see him.

I just returned from having dental work from this incredible dental practice. I’m a 62 year old male who as a result of horrible dental experiences in my mid 30’s hadn’t been to a dentist in years . After suffering in pain on and off for 6 months or so. I finally ended up having to deal with an abscess in 2 rear molars. Unfortunately they were beyond saving. I was up front with the staff on my level of fear ( lol terror ) at having this done. And I will admit many of the reviews I read here helped yo convince me this was the right choice. I just want to say this experience was everything that people have praised it for . From the check in at the front desk that had a total grasp of my insurance and the costs to me. To the sweet woman who set me up with laughing gas and assisted the with everything. The dentist was incredible and respectful of my fears. It was all over in 15 minutes. With a very low level of discomfort and plenty of communication through the procedure ( well. As much as one can communicate with two sets of fingers in your mouth 🤣 ). I would HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to anyone with dental phobias. Thank you 👍😊

Great location great staff! Excellent job of reminding you of your appointment. They took very good care of my granny. She only had post bleeding for four hours! I only wish they would have confirmed which teeth to be extracted prior to her arrival.

I was really scared because Ive never had dental surgery before. I had a really nasty case, 2 impacted wisdoms and the 3rd wasnt even erupted because it was horizontal and stealing space in my already tiny mouth.The assistant (i forgot her name sorry!!) was really reassuring and helpful. She noticed I was nervous and talked to me on and off to help calm me down, and throughout the surgery she kept reminding me to breathe in the laughing gas right before the doctor would get the teeth. The team seemed like they were really experienced and communicated well.They also listened to me when one side of my mouth wouldnt go numb, and took extra time and did another numbing shot to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Hugh Marchmon Robinson was swift, practical, and skilled. It was entirely painless. Im so glad I trusted this office!

From receptionist to walking out when done everyone was so polite,helpful,and explained with much patience.The oral surgeon was fantastic i had three teeth pulled that day, after anesthetic wore off didnt have to take pain pills at all just pill to prevent infection.I truly recommend you go if dental work needed.

Dr. Hugh Marchmont-Richardson listened to my plan for my teeth and although he disagreed, he followed my wishes. He did an excellent job taking care to always be mindful of my care. His assistants are outstanding as well. I had many questions and they were always supportive and informative.

Ive previously had bad experiences with dentists and needed to have a molar and wisdom tooth removed. Leading up to the procedure Dr. Hugh and his staff were extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. My Son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Robinson was excellent. Procedure with general anesthesia is the way to go. Great follow-up instructions. I would recommend him for any oral surgery procedure. Office is nice and surroundings are comfortable.

I would like to greatly commend all their staff for the great attitude and care they expressed. I associated with 5 different staff members (including surgeon) and all were impressively kind and helpful. I was in excruciating pain after being sent there from another dentist who was unable to remove my tooth and they acted quickly to accommodate me and soothe my tears. I’m a grown woman but anyone experiencing so much pain needs that tender loving care that these staff members were able to provide. I am very grateful for having them make this horrifying experience somewhat easy with their attention and kindness. Highly recommended!! I can’t thank you enough.

Professional office, my appointment was on time, used a tablet to quickly complete necessary forms. The doctor and his assistant were both great. Both are clearly very experienced, and worked diligently to achieve a good result.

Not the office we would’ve chose, if we had options. We had to wait 5 months to get an appointment with Dr. M. He was extremely awkward and the first woman I saw was extremely rude. They wouldn’t take my TWO referrals from my doctor AND my dentist. What surgeon doesn’t take referrals? Finally, on the day of my wisdom teeth removal, 2 of the ladies at the front desk were super nice and informed while one was absolutely clueless. Surgery was quick and they shoved us out telling us the stitches would dissolve in a week. Some fell out that night while gently brushing bc they left a lot of excess length....

Staff were friendly, the facility is very nice, and Dr. Marchmont was informative and easy going.

I love Dr. Marchmont and his devoted staff. I have had a mouthful of dental implants by Dr. Marchmont. I trust him. He is so kind and understanding. I never felt judged by him. He, Yolanda, and staff work very hard to make.each visit an enjoyable one. They are the best in my opinion.

I had a great experience, I called for to be seen for a tooth extraction, Dr. Hugh fitted me in the same day, which I couldnt find any one within my dental network with good reviews to do so. I was having severe tooth pain for over a week and wanted the tooth out ASAP, which Dr. Hugh did, I hardly noticed he pulled it out, he pulled it so quickly. The staff was very friendly and professional. They staff play videos and explain services and payment in detail. They have a friendly staff and provided great service. They were very helpful in guiding me through the surgery, and gave me lots of tips on the recovery process. The surgery also didnt take very long, these guys know what theyre doing. I will definitely be coming back here if I need another tooth removed.

5 STARS! If anyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, this is absolutely the place! They removed all 4 of my teeth in one day! I felt a little bit of pain but it only lasted a second! After the removal, I didnt even fill the pain meds because I wasnt in any pain! I just felt the ordinary discomfort and was upset that I couldnt eat anything solid; other than that, NO PAIN WHATSOEVER!

Amazing staff! We had issues getting my daughter’s documents sent over from her previous oral surgeon, and instead of making us reschedule like most places, the staff got on the phones, took additional xrays and absolutely went above and beyond!!!

I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and The Dr, the dental assistants, the staff overall is so amazing!! The Dr took his time to make sure I wasnt feeling pain and when I did he stopped numbed me more and kept going, after the first two he gave me about 10 mind to chill and either him or the assistants were always asking how I was doing. Amazing place with amazing people.

I was referred to this clinic to get my wisdom teeth extracted. My first appointment was changed because of some scheduling issue. For the second appointment I had to take another unpaid day off work just to have them call me two hours before my appointment to cancel on me again because their servers were down. They make a point to advertise on their website how they take a patients time into consideration and how they know time is valuable. Well seems to me they could care less about patients time. I am very disappointed especially since this place has over all good reviews.

I got my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed with only local anesthesia and it went smoothly! The nurses and doctor made sure I was comfortable and not nervous the whole time. They talked about my school in order to take my mind off. Couldn’t have choosen a better oral surgeon!

I was very nervous, scare, thinking about not to do this but the staff is very nice, help you relax, they talk to you very friendly and my fear was gone. I didnt feel pain. The Surgeon did amazing job. I give this place a 5 star not 4 and the half. 5 star. This place should be award oral surgery of the year. Not only for berwyn but for the whole state of IL. I’ve been here 2 different times. Both time were for extractions My top left tooth cracked and I was in intense pain for weeks before coming to see Dr. Marchmont-Robinson. The 1st time I was nervous but Dr. Marchmont-Robinson was so nice and helped calm me down. I only had 1 tooth extraction with local anesthesia and it so done so quickly and painless I didn’t feel a thing. After that experience I should’ve left a review but Dr. Marchmont-Robinson made my experience wonderful. For my 2nd visit it was a little more complex as I needed 2 teeth and extracted my bottom right wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it which broke. Again I was in intense pain for weeks so I knew who I wanted to see for this procedure. This time the Hispanic girl assistant (I wish I got her name) was very wonderful with me and was with me during the entire procedure talking to me and trying to relax me. Dr. Marchmont-Robinson was kind as usual and more patient as my broken tooth was stubborn and didn’t want to come out. It took a little bit of work but he finally got both teeth out with minimal pain as I had local anesthesia again. His staff was kind as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Marchmont-Robinson for any of your dental/surgery needs! Wonderful staff and assistants and I would trust a man with over 40 years of experience to take care of me and my family’s teeth and needs. Thank you I appreciate you Dr Marchmont-Robinson!

I am pregnant and I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, I had to stop him 5 times because i felt pain instead of just pressure and pulling. He extracted my wisdom tooth but cracked the tooth next to it and refused to fix it since he cracked it. Assistants were very friendly and nice, they placed a temporary filling which fell out couple hours later. For a whole week my cheek was getting cut up with severe pain from the cracked tooth. I went back for him to check out the extraction, told him that i was experiencing pain and my cheek was getting cut up due to the sharp cracked tooth. He did not fix it, did not fill it let alone did not even place a temporary filling. Instead he told me to go to my regular dentist so he can fix it. Totally uncompassionate and inconsiderate.

Dr. Marchmont and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I felt very comfortable with them doing my extractions. Will recommend them to anyone that needs specific dental work done.

I went to Dr. Robinson a few years ago for an implant. When i went back to my dentist she told me Dr. Robinson had put the implant in on an angle. Into the roots of the neighboring tooth, killing the other tooth. I went back to Dr. Marchmont-Robinson to show him the x rays and the problem. He told me everything was great , no problem my dentist was wrong... Guesswhat he was wrong! Ive lost both the implant and the neighboring tooth. Ive just finished the bone graft. I have wear a plastic tray (that cuts my mouth) for nine months. Not to mention the 4k and all the trips to a specialist to fix the problem. Take my warning. Run, dont walk away from this horrible butcher of a dentist. Zero star review!!!

The best oral surgeon in town. I was a nervous wreck but the staff assure me it sounds worse than it really is. Had three implants done in under an hour, with zero discomfort. I highly recommend this place.

I had broken off a tooth below the gum line about three years before I made an appointment with Berwyn Oral surgery. As soon as it broke I went to see my family dentist. She said it was bad, I had asked her if they would have to cut my gums to get it out and she said they probably will. She gave me a referral for an oral surgeon in oak park. I have a severe anxiety disorder so in fear of having my gums cut open and the fact it didnt hurt I decided I would just chew on the other side until I had no choice but to have surgery. Well it obviously did get worse and knew it was time to have it taken out. I Iooked on line and saw Berwyn Oral Surgery and all the great reviews and made an appointment. When I got to the office everyone was exceptionally nice. Dr. Marchmont-Robertson and his assistant were so sympathetic to my anxiety disorder, they were making jokes and I was laughing, it really helped! The doctor gave me a couple of shots and said he would be back in a few minutes. He and his assistant said youre going to feel a little pressure. About fifteen seconds went by and the doctor said ok. I thought he was going to say he was going to start and to my complete surprise he said, all done!!! I waited three years to have this tooth removed and he had it out in fifteen seconds! No cut gums, no pain during and no pain after! If youre anything like me and are prolonging getting a tooth removed, DONT WAIT! Make an appointment with this Dr. and his staff. They are awesome!
