Went for a consult on July 23rd. Frank said he would be in contact next week. He didnt contact me, and I followed up 2 weeks later to say I wanted to go ahead and file. The receptionist said he would call me back. Nope. Dont waste your time and money

Franklin Kepner Jr. has wasted my time and my money. his communication is the worst i have ever seen from an attorney. Read the other reviews!! he does not return my calls, or my emails... no matter how many times i leave messages with his paralegal. He told me he would have answers to my questions within a week after consultation, and that was MONTHS ago. once he took my money, he didnt care about getting back to me on any of my concerns. i got 1 email from him since, saying he put my paperwork in a pile of other paperwork and does not know when he will make time for it. Like seriously, if you didnt have time for me you shouldnt have taken my consultation money... thanks for being a real jerk.Alice Corba is a good attorney, and she enjoys winning a courtroom battle. if you want aggressive representation, go to alice!

Best attorneys in the area, Frank Kepner Sr. is a professional, always gives me straight answers and sound advice. They have always handled everything in a quick manner and their office staff is always pleasant to deal with. If you need an attorney you cant go wrong hiring them.

We paid the $200 (pricey) consultation fee and left the meeting with Attorney Kepner Jr. stating he would be in touch later in the week. We heard nothing. After several calls and unreturned emails over the course of several weeks, we got the hint. He took the time to cash our check though. Any response would of been better than nothing. Waste of time

I cannot believe how inconsiderate this attorney is. I am a quadriplegic who got hurt, he said he was taking my case and after 2 months got absolutely nowhere. If you didnt want my case you shouldnt have said Ill take it. Ive been waiting two months now. Thanks Frank! I had a Woman fly from Florida to Pennsylvania to find an attorney. I chose Kepner Kepner and Corba. Big mistake. I have never left a bad review anywhere. But I felt this was necessary. Praying my next choice will have a little compassion and can find time to pick up a phone.
