I have been dealing with areo care for only a short time. I know nothing about using oxygen. I was calling for my brother-in- law. It was a Sunday morning when he needed oxygen. Bottom line when I reached out to them they were so kind, courteous and SO HELPFUL. I have had two techs who came to his house and both of them, Loren & Patrick and they were both great! Very pleased with the service they provided.

I had an issue with my cpap machine. After speaking with a respiratory therapist it only took 1 day to deliver a new one. The professional ability of all the staff involved in getting me a new machine was a 5star rating by far. Thanks to all.

From the moment I found out I had sleep apnea its been a bit of an adjustment. I was worried that learning about the equipment for my machine and mask was going to be a definite concern for me. The gentleman who helped me at the local Aero Care facility was kind, considerate and patient and willing to answer any questions I had. When I was worried about my new mask he scheduled a new appointment with me for a new mask and explained sometimes things take time to get use to. This place and this kind person are a great asset to this company. It made me feel comfortable and some relief after feeling like a fish out of water. I highly recommend!

Very courteous delivery person. Hes quick, in and out. Plus I love that I got a phone call letting me know the expected time of arrival so I can have my dogs put away.

I love this company. I have been on oxygen for about 11 years. My previous company had poor service. With Aerocare they come as fast as they can get to me. Same day always when something isnt working no matter the time day or night. They even provide out of state service making vacation much easier. Patrick in the Berwick office along with the rest of the staff are extremely nice.
