I wouldnt trust this agency with my life ever again. They came into my home When I was having a really bad migraine to do an in take or monthly check or whatever. Took no regard for my condition because the meeting had to be done by the end of the month. (Money was the priority) We had a set meeting the week before but she forgot. Anyway they question my 12 almost 13 year old (still a minor) and my 10 year old about my medications. My daughter felt like she knew nothing about my condition (a healthcare agency should) but yet asked my daughter what medications I was on and what I took making my daughter feel like I took she thought I took something intentionally. Again this isnt the first time I get these headaches and my daughter is familiar with them and I have been evaluated my a doctor not someone doing intakes. She then tried getting my social security number from me and when I was uncomfortable giving it to her in my state she pressured my children to get my purse from a locked closet.(with a key tied to my arm) when it wasnt found there they asked where important documents where kept? She then went through my tax documents, my families birth certificates, bank records, shot records, social security cards, and schools records ECT. Total violation of privacy!!!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Dolores the so call owner lies never answers phone dont communicaite with her employess does what she wants with her clients hours, doesnt care if clients are properly staffed.

Worst agency ever!! They have sent several workers to my house and I’ve yet to find someone that actually wants to do their job, extremely unreliable! I’m changing their name to “never there homecare”
