I have been with this credit union for more than 20 years. I trust them !

If I could give it no stars I would. People here are not friendly, you are more like a burden to them. The branch manager is unfeeling and unprofessional when I went with my concerns. Their tellers have no idea what they are doing. I got the name of one of them and they said marlene, this is the WORST one to deal with, no knowledge! Why is she even there? I will let others know that this is not the credit union to go with. I will be going with another credit union.

I have been promised Id hear from Heather the branch manager, for over a week. First, I was told that she would call me back at 5:00 P.M. last Thursday on 5/9 - or the next day Friday, due to training. Nothing. I finally called back yesterday - about a week later. At 2:35 P.M. they told me she was at lunch, and would call me back when she got back in. I even white listed her number on my phone. Nothing. Im still waiting. My spouse and I are looking for another bank. We are very disappointed in U.S. Eagle.

5 day hold on checks. Been there almost a year and keep saying its going to get better but its not!!

I recently visited the location in Bernalillo and needed to see a banker.We were attended to by an impatient woman. She was not very helpful nor did she care to explain anything.She was very snippy when I tried to ask questions and basically made us feel very unwelcome.She clearly is not happy with her job and really should not be representing US Eagle FCU.I have run into quite a few of their employees who have a poor attitude and do not seem to be very knowledgeable of their job or their services.A few times now they had to call superiors in order to perform what I would think should be a pretty basic function for them.Maybe they are simply not happy with their job, poorly trained , or just have no business in face to face customer service.All in all, it has me rethinking where I want to bank.

No matter what branch I go to the customer service absolutely SUCKS. No professionalism what so ever, theyre rude, they talk down to you as if theyre better than you. Its infuriating just knowing that I have to go back every month to make my payment. I would move my loan elsewhere if it wouldnt cost me to do so. Only gave them one star because I had to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere itll be worth it!!!

One banker they always stick me with, makes everything extra hard, no customer service, no personality, just not helpful at all. Do not want to work with her anymore.

I hate this bank that I currently have. They set daily limits for the amount of spending I can make. Im high considering changing my bank. Im not even able to use credit. 🤬🤬🤬

Why are they the only branch that does not open at 8:30am like the rest of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The slowest branch for sure. The drive through is the worst thing to go to when in a rush. Tellers are not knowledgeable with basic questions.

Never is open when they say there are open. They might as well remove there posted times on there door and drive thru window

It has a drive-in ATM. If you have any credit union, you can take $ out without a fee.
