Ive had great experience here. The doctors are great. The assistants are wonderful as well. They are very accommodating and they take you in quickly. Everything is clean and orderly. I would recommend them.

Be weary of negative reviews, this place is awesome! Very accommodating, clean and comfortable I never waited more than 5 minutes. Dr. Batchelder and his assistant Kim are excellent! Dr. Keith has a great sense of humor and always makes you feel at ease and does a terrific job! They always made sure I wasnt in any pain and are very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and why. They also accept the sliding scale as payment which is a real blessing and helps me keep up with better oral health. I highly recommend! 5 stars!

So I tried this place out and not a very good experience. Went for what they called a pre check up in December 18 as a new client. Got rescheduled for my cleaning to Jan 10th 2019. I guess they had a flood in the office so when I showed up for my appointment I was told they would be closed for a week. NO ONE from the office called me to let me Know they were closed. No big deal. It is now Jan 22. NO ONE CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE. I just called them to see about getting in for my cleaning and fix my broken tooth which I had also mentioned. The receptionist tells me they cant see me till MARCH. ????? I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL. Oh and they cleaned my wifes teeth, horrible job. Not easy to find a quality dentist in the North country.
