I Loved my experience here at Care Net in Berkley I was not expecting such sweet warm hearted nurses, the nurses were so happy to announce I was going to be blessed with twins and even prayed for us before we left, the beautiful words of nurse Sandy truly touched my heart and I haven’t stopped thinking about them ever since. I was provided with 2 baby blankets, prenatals and much more, coming to this clinic was most definitely a blessing and I highly recommend seeing your baby on ultrasound here or any of your baby needs. My only regret is not thanking the nurses even more! Best experience ever I hope to keep in touch

Great people and soothing environment. I love these guys. They gave me peace of mind when I first discovered I was pregnant. I entered into a parenting program to gain some insight on what to expect when expecting. They even gave me clothes, diapers & wipes and my babies first blanket. God Bless them.

When I first found out I was pregnant my doctor didnt want me to come in to be seen until I was estimated further along. In search of a place I could have my first ultrasound done ASAP I learned about Carenet Berkley. From when my daughter was a fetus until now which she is over 1 yr old Carenet has been very caring, supportive, and very professional. I felt very welcome. After my first ultrasound I continued into their parenting program which was very helpful, especially with this being my first child. I learn about what to expect and how to prepare for bringing a child home. It was nice to be able to voice any questions/ concerns that I had about pregnancy or babies in general to people that are knowledgeable and wanted to help. I feel blessed to have been able to attend Carenet Berkley parenting program, and to have learned all that I have learned. I feel that with this program I could not have been better prepared to be a mother. Thank you Patty, Emily, Lauri, and last by not least Dr. Wendy. I immediately gravitated towards Dr. Wendy after doing my first ultrasound. Which has been my daughter Pediatrician since she was born. Only good things have come out of me coming to Carenet, truely blessed.

For them, its not just a job, they love people and have always been so helpful. When you are under stress and pressure, these are the kind of people you want helping you. Im beyond upset. I had an appointment scheduled to come in a 3pm and I get there the lady basically tells me they couldnt find me on the schedule mind u they just had sent me a confirmation to confirm appt the day before my schedule date. Than the lady at the front desk put my number in and than said they made an error by putting someone name in my slot and that they have someone back there having an ultrasound performed on them and since they close at 5 she couldnt give me one today. Appointment was at 3pm since when does it take ppl 2 hours to perform an ultrasound. I was the only one there. My feelings was really hurt! My husband and I took off work early for this appointment just to be told we couldnt be seen

Unlike many religious based organizations that offer counseling for unexpected pregnancies, Care Net goes over ALL of your options and is HONEST about each path a woman can take.I had no idea what decision I would make and after called Planned Parenthood terrified and being given an abortion appointment (note that counsel was not offered) I called Care Net. The woman who answered the phone spoke with me for several minutes just about my situation. She didnt offer up judgement or solutions but a kind ear. I made an appointment to see the Dr and get more information about my pregnancy and choices.Dr. Wendy was honest about the safety of abortions - they are fairly safe, they should not impact future fertility and there is a slight correlation with abortion and increased risk of breast cancer. I was not made to feel bad about considering an abortion, I was asked a series of tough questions that helped me come to a decision best for me.Nothing is scarier than finding out you are pregnant at an inopportune time. Birth control methods are not fail safe and even in the best of circumstances an unexpected pregnancy is very stressful. I highy recommend Care Net to anyone who is unsure if they are expecting or unsure of which decision is best for them.In my case I have chosen to keep my baby and cant wait for the little bean to get here. I am proud of the choice *I* made and thankful for the help Care Net provided FREE of charge.I cannot reiterate enough that this crisis center is not a place of judgement or a place that will make you feel like parenting or adoption are your only choice. You cannot get abortion referrals from them however they will give you medically accurate advice.
