Im a new patient for Dr. HartkopI scheduled a annual physical and check in and wait time was smooth and on time. Dr Hartkop took the time to discuss my medical history and gave a thorough exam. The clinic was clean and modern.

Just switched to Dr. Polevoy here, full physical. I was signed in and out in 45 min. All the staff was very nice and pleasant!

This place is terrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. The doctor wrote my prescription wrong and my insurance wont cover it. Ive been promised a new prescription was being called in for 4 days. Ive made 7 calls and had 3 people tell me they would call me back and never did. Its the weekend now and am still without my medicine. Im switching doctors.

What a mess! From the front desk to Dr. H. After losing 3 medical tests in this office I decided to get them done elsewhere. The doctor has her interests outside this facility and it shows. She is her very few hours a week and does not get to know her patients, is forgetful and frustrated all the time. Temperamental and has checked out on her elderly patients care long ago. Avoid this one and let her go do what DOES interest her.

Worthless. Took me 30 min to even get through. only to be told they wont treat me.
