I went in to get an antibody test…was poked 3 times by one technician 3 times by the next technician the third person got it right away. This was not my first blood test, my veins are not hard to get to.Is the staff all properly trained ?!

Went in for a covid test as a precaution. Its been over 3 hours and we got the rapid test. We have tried calling from 2 different number 4 plus times over the span of multiple hours. We just want our results.

I was seen by a PA named Claire at Berkley Urgent Care, she is incredible. Honestly, one of the best medical staff interactions I’ve ever had. She l went above and beyond to help me, as well as being attentive, kind and compassionate.

Ive gone several times, always kind and efficient. I was seen quickly and the doctor Angie was amazing. She listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. Will be coming back, and would recommend.

First let me start by saying that my family goes to BUC for everything! And we always had a great experience!My son was diagnosed with Covid on Monday using the rapid test. He is 5 years old. He is the only one in our family of 5 who was +. My husband and I are vaccinated. I wanted to be sure he had it because his twin is severely immunocompromised. I went back a day later and they refused to do a PCR on him. They said for safety reasons we can’t retest him. They were rude and uncaring. They couldn’t of cared less! They couldn’t help me when I asked who could do the test. They are overbooked with covid tests and they are starting to not care about the people because they don’t have the time! Disappointed to say the least!

I was given excellent care, the correct diagnosis and medication. I had an appointment at 8 and was taking antibiotics at 9. Feeling a bit better already

Came in for a rapid COVID test and I was told the wait would be 40 mins. Instead it was over an hour and a half just to be seen. If I would’ve known it would be so long I would not have stayed.I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

This place is a Beaumont place... The receptionist are lazy unprofessional non chalant and rude. Dr. ordered STAT labs. Never got the call related to stoke like symptoms because she entered the phone number wrong. Even though she verified the number with me. And didnt care when I called back. ..Glad I didnt wait on them I never got a call back or a letter to this day !!!! I had to call find out myself. days later ..Never will I go here or Any!!!!! Beaumont facility. They too big and for profit only.. The Dr. and Assistant were Amazingly Professional.

As for covid rapid testing this place is a scam! They will tell you that you will receive it within an hour and never call you back.called them many times and they either don’t answer or their phone is busy.This is not acceptable!!!!The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the waiting time is usually less than 30 minutes.

This is the best urgent care around! They are always so helpful and thorough. The staff is so nice and caring. Eyad Jadallah was my NP and he was so caring and attentive. I would highly recommend this place. It is also very clean and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. And everyone is so polite.

They never explained what’s exact which form I want to have for Covid testing before I entered Canada. So I arrived at the border and I got some issues about the form they told me it’s wrong form and I could get a fine $3,000 and I called back to that clinic they didn’t actually realized how seriously in Canada pandemic. I never never return that poor clinic again ! I was told called few days before I want to have test they told me I can wait to come in same day for rapid testing then go to Canada.. poor communication and misunderstand !!!!😡

This place is Horrible!!!! The receptionist is always rude and doesnt greet the patients. Waited over and hour and a half to take the rapid covid-19 test. I didnt have a problem waiting until a white family that came in 40 mins after me get their rapid test before me. I verified the time they came in by the sign in sheet. Once I complained to the receptionist about it I was seen. I was told I would receive my results via email if I was negative and receive a phone call if I was positive. That was over 5 hrs ago and Ive yet to receive either. Now theyre closed and I have to call tomorrow and I ask about my results. Unacceptable!!!!😡

This urgent care is horrible. My mother went this location and was refused services. When the medical assistant called my mother in back, she did not greet me or my mother. I had to initiate the conversation. When I asked how are you today?, She just looked at me as if she was surprised. Once my mother was assigned a room, the lady (I refuse to call her a doctor, because she does not deserve that title), came in the room and stated she could do nothing for my mother because her blood pressure was too high. The doctor did not even have a discussion with my mother regarding her reason for coming in. I would not recommend this urgent care no one!Also, I heard two customers stating they were charged for COVID testing, but they never received a COVID test. So, for the review stating they are illegally being charged for COVID testing is the truth

Social Distancing is Excellent here. Fast service check in and out within 45 minutes. Physician was very professional had on Extreme PPE from head to toe as well as the Medical Assistant lobby has PPE petitions between all the seating staff friendly and everyone was concerned about what I was there for. Overall excellent service. Prescription called in to my pharmacy before I left the office and were there ready for me when I got to the Pharmacy. They did not haggle over whether I had insurance or not either call me within two days to give me the results of all my test I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The staff had no idea how to take x-rays and that doesnt even matter because the doctor didnt know how to read them. Also, they x-rayed the wrong area. This was a complete waste of time and It was a terrifying experience!!!!!! They had tons of Patients coming in for Covid testing, I was there for two hours and never saw them sanatize the waiting area once. I had to get new x-rays and was told by tne new doctor that the x-rays were not clear/couldnt read them. USELESS

I came here for a Covid-19 test. I was told clearly that this test is covered by my insurance. However, I got a bill for $1,116 for a simple covid test. Is this how you cheat your customers especially during these tough times? SHAME ON YOU!

One of the place where they actually do an antigen test and not scam people by saying it is a rapid test and then to antibody test. All other places told me they have rapid testing, and then they actually give the result in 5-7 days. Berkley actually gives the result in 15 mins. They fully use protective measures with plexiglass and stuff and dont discriminate whether you have higher body temperature or not, but ultimately the safety will depend on you whether you maintain distance or wear mask or not. Highly recommend this place.

On 11 November 2020 your facility is way over packed and no one regulating how many people could come inside. Also youre charging people $100 for a rapid test when other places are doing it free, but the main concern is youre allowing anyone to get the rapid test when all the test does is say if youve had corona not if you actually have it right now giving most people a false positive test and they go back out to work or wherever thinking they dont have corona and infect other people. The rapid test should only be given to people that are showing symptoms. No place should be profiting during a pandemic but you are and allowing people to think they arnt infected.

I would go back. I waited maybe 30 mins to be seen by a dr. I honestly thought it would be longer. They have those clear partitions up between every 2 seats for COVID protocols. The place was clean and kept up-to-date. Ive been to urgent cares where they have duct tape on the chairs and benches... this was NOT the case for this building. I would honestly drive out of my way to go back here. I also picked this place as its open til 9pm. If people complain about the wait time its pretty silly as there is a pandemic going on and everyone is busy. They did a really great job of getting me in, testing me and sending me home with a treatment plan. Even if the wait was longer, I was still seen and treated and thats all I care about. Also they have a pharmacy located inside the building. It wasnt open at 8pm but its nice they have that option.

Great service but DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA 100 for the rapid test. I got one because it’s all they offered and it came back negative. Went 2 days later to a different place and got a send out test which came back positive.

This little urgent care literally may have saved my life.Had a Covid test there (PCR test, the rapid tests really aren’t worth much and have low accuracy) and during the appointment the physician took time to do a thorough evaluation of our vitals and discovered a heart murmur in me. After the covid cleared I saw a cardiologist. It turned out I had an enormous aneurysm in my aorta and had almost immediate surgery at U of M where they perfectly repaired it with a new graft and salvaged my existing valve. Really was a miracle that they caught it before it ruptured or dissected.

Kind of a bummer, I went here a few years ago and the staff was all nice and the doctor was thorough, thats why I went back. This time though, it just seemed like they wanted me gone. I waited 40 minutes for a nurse practitioner to talk to me for about 5 minutes and shuffle me out the door, telling me to see a primary care doctor barely having talked to me.Theyre a covid testing center and it feels like thats all they care about right now because its high volume low effort. If youre there for something else they just want you gone

It was so bad there today that i will not even waste my time by letting you know..but i will say this if you can go to oak park urgent care instead the wait isnt long and not rude doctors.and you wont be treat like a criminal that how i felt when i left....i let them know when i left they have rude doctors

The wait wasnt that bad. Great staff. My stitches are healing great. The doctor is very good at what she does. Cant remember the name but shes a PA, and her intern is very nice too. I hope not to be back. But if I am I know Im in good hands.

If you are considering going here for a Rapid Covid test, find somewhere else. First, they make everyone go inside the small facility to get the test with no one controlling how many people can go inside. Second, they refuse to bill your insurance for the rapid test even though, in my case, it was covered at 100% and they are in my network. This facility is trying to take advantage of a terrible situation. Its shameful and they should be investigated.

I was very happy with this facility. They have pediatric as well as adult care. My four year old son loved the way the waiting room was decorated. My son and I got in and out of there fairly quickly, and I felt the staff did an excellent job of diagnosing our problems and getting us back to health quickly. I highly recommend Berkley Urgent Care.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a COVID test for an upcoming surgery. I sent over the registration paperwork, a copy of my license, and a copy of my insurance card in advance. When I arrived they couldnt find my information and I had to wait for over an hour and a half. Yesterday I received a bill for an office visit. This concerned me as I have had a COVID test before and was not billed. I checked my insurance records and they billed me twice for the one COVID test I had for 2 different dates. My insurance company also paid out on both claims. When I called to speak to someone in the billing department after trying to get through for 15 minutes to anyone who would answer I was told she was out for the day. Then it was corrected that both billers were conveniently out for the day. Be weary of your visit.

Went for Free Coronavirus testing. They have the waiting room set up for proper social distancing with the plastic partitions between every 2 seats. Hand sanitizer at the desk. Following all protocols to keep us safe. The wait was not long at all with about 3 ppl ahead of me. The nasal swab test was quick, although uncomfortable but that’s to be expected if it’s done properly because they have to go deeper to get the sample from where the virus “hangs out” in the nasal passage. Results were back in 2days. I recommend this place for the test, as I have no other experience with here. Thank you Berkeley Urgent Care staff for your professionalism

It is misleading not to state that insurance is not taken for the same day COVID test until someone walks in. It should be clearly stated on their advertisements as well as on the phone.We called about making an appointment for a COVID test. They said they were walk in, no appointment necessary. They should have said that they do not take insurance for same day testing, and that they only were providing same day testing the day we went. We watched multiple people come in to be told this, peoplw that took the time to call before hand.

Amazing urgent care! I had to bring my son here and the service was friendly and fast. They were able to get us everything we needed. I am a Westland resident but would travel to this urgent care proudly if I had to again. The room for little kids is child friendly and creates a comfortable atmosphere for your little one.

Sat in the waiting room for an entire hour to get a TB test that takes 30 seconds to perform, along with patients in the waiting room who were getting COVID tests. It would have been nice if those who were being seen for COVID had been separated in some way (waiting in their car).

Very short wait times, knowledgeable docs, and I love the onsite pharmacy. I have my scripts within a few minutes.

This is a great urgent care. There was very little wait and the team was very friendly. Claire was my PA and she was fantastic. She is very knowledgable and friendly. Id recommend her to others!

Clean, bright atmosphere and friendly reception staff. MA Olivia was exceptional with information gathering process, getting vitals and as she ran tests. Explained everything she did as she did it. Physician and PA were thorough and attentive. Total time spent might have been an hour. Many insurances accepted and reasonable cash pay fees, due at time of service. Definitely would return and highly recommend.

I have been using this urgent care for a couple of years now when i just cant get in to my doctor and they have never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the wait is usually pretty quick! Ivorie who is one of the receptionists is phenomenal! She has three near attitude, great customer relations and goes above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant and quick as possible.

I had to go late when it was almost closing. I kept apologizing for coming so close to closing time, and all the staff and the doctor were still extremely nice to me and kept telling me that it was okay. They continued to treat me as if i got there at 9:00 in the morning. They all make you feel so comfortable to go there.

Very kind and helpful staff helped me get in and out in an hour, including wait time, exam, and Rx filling. Was super convenient to have the pharmacy there. The pharmacy tech ran into an issue with my prescription insurance and called the company to work it out—even waited on hold for a long time and was transferred between departments... he was a saint!! I appreciated it. The exam itself was quick and thorough and I appreciated that the doctor gave me medication to treat my current symptoms of my ear ache (due to allergies) as well as medication in case it developed into an infection, so that I wouldn’t have to go back to Urgent Care. Thoughtful staff made this a great experience. Thank you!

Yes you do beed an appointment to get covid tested, or at least contact them before hand to fill out information and answer questions before theyll test you, wish id known that before id driven out there, had to go back home and then out again. They say 1-2 days for test results but its been 3 days and still nothing, very nice tho

I went here for the first time yesterday. They ran several tests and they found out I had the flu. I got my meds and were out in a hour and 15 minutes. I thought it was pretty good for coming in after work at 5:30. I highly recommend. Best urgent care I have been to.

I was beyond pleased with my entire experience at this urgent care. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and my wait from the time I walked in the door to being brought back and seen was only about 10-15 minutes. The assistant was very kind, thorough, and quick. The physician was extremely pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about my medical concerns. She made me feel comfortable and she did an excellent job of making me worry less. She gave me great advice and helped me to reach the results I needed. If I need to visit an urgent care again in the future I will certainly be going back to this one. I’d recommend it to anyone in need of quick and pleasant medical care. I’m very grateful for all of the employees and the great service they provided.

Berkley Urgent Cares staff & Doctors are all very friendly!! They get you in, out & on your way!! I moved a little further but still return when I need to be seen. The facility is always clean & comfortable. I dont have little kids anymore but they have a Paw Patrol & animal themed rooms which Im helps with children coming in to be seen. I like that theyve added a Pharmacy in their building which is so convenient & the Pharmacist is friendly & knowledgeable!! Keep up the great work!!

I knew I had a sinus infection. And I also knew how hard it would be to get in to see my regular doctor. I had heard great things about Berkley Urgent Care so I went straight there. Beyond impressed with this place. Super clean. Super friendly staff. (But not fake.) Was in and out in one hour but still felt like I was taken good care of. This is the best urgent care clinic Ive been to. Better than my regular doctor and she has an urgent care clinic. Dr. Larkin was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly. There is a pharmacy in the clinic which is very fast and convenient. This will be where I go for urgent care from now on.

Was in and out in less than a hour. Had a bad respiratory infection, hooked me up to a medicated breathing machine and gave me a shot. Felt better within a few hours. Staff/nurses are quite friendly and sympathetic.

I visited this urgent care last weekend and had a great experience. Very clean, efficient, and I only waited a few minutes. I saw a PA and he was really friendly and thorough. Priorities for an urgent care are clean and not a long wait, so Berkley definitely surpassed these :)

I visited Berkley Urgent Care on the recommendation of a friend and was glad I did! Thankfully, my treatment here avoided a trip to ER on a holiday weekend. The staff were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and the Doctor really listened to the somewhat complicated events that brought me in. He determined exactly the perfect treatment and my condition which daily had been worsening after seeing my internist, within 12 hrs was improving. I have found Berkley Urgent Care to be indispensable. When sick or injured the last way I want to waste time and money is at the ER. Berkley Urgent Care has always provided expedient care in an incredibly clean facility by kind and efficient staff.The doctors have great follow up concern and have called at later dates to make sure I was feeling better. I love this place and would highly recommend it. So grateful it is in my neighborhood.

I took my son here for his annual sports physical. The office staff was very friendly and efficient. He was called back before we could even get to a seat. The Dr. had great bedside manner and made my son very comfortable, all things considered.... My son made it clear that this is the only Dr. he’ll go to for physicals from now on.

For an urgent care experience I would say this was one of my best and I will definitely return their. When I went I had been coughing for days, running a temp and had not slept. After listening to my symptoms and examining me the doctor said “we are going to get you feeling better real quick”. Which he did, changed the antibiotics I was on ordered cough medicine to help me sleep and I have gradually been getting better everyday now for one week. The one thing they did not give me was a summary of my visit and printed instructions which would have been helpful.

Berkley Urgent Care is the BEST. I’ve been multiple times and the staff is always friendly, professional, and fast. I wish they could be my primary care office! Went in and was immediately greeted. Got a gift for being a new patient. They were organized and efficient I was out in 45 minutes and I had to fill out all of the new patient paperwork as well as wait for a strep test to be completed. The NP who helped me asked how I heard about them and I said they were the highest rated urgent care in the area. My family has used Berkeley urgent care many times and have been very happy. But we went there on June 6,2019. My granddaughter had fallen at school on the playground. Our pediatrician sent us there. They did X-rays of her arm. Then told me the X-rays could not be read until the next day. When I told them I was calling our orthopedic doctor the doctor said wait a minute. He then came in said her arm was not broken. He said he and the radiologist had read them. He said if she was mine I would take her to the orthopedic doctor tomorrow. When we got home her hand started turning cold. We ran her to Royal Oak Beaumont ER. Her arm was broken in two places. Needed to be set right away. I will not go there again. Tell me if you can’t read an X-ray I would have taken her somewhere else.

Attentive staff & doctors and very clean facility. Also has a friendly and fast pharmacy inside the urgent care building; helpful to walk right out with prescription in hand!

I had to rush my 2 year old who had a fever and sinus infection. The office was clean and neat! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were seen right away and the kids room was so cute with paw patrol decor and a fire truck! They were very fast to see us and again so nice!

Very clean, very friendly, very quick. My doctor took time explaining and taking care of me. She was extremely nice. They also followed up with me. Highly recommend.

The facility was bery clean. The staff was prompt and friendly. I filled out the paperwork and 5 minutes later, they called me back. The doctor was friendly, reassuring and had good bedside manner. I would go there again in a heartbeat if needed.

Very quick and expedient - granted I went in an hour before close.. but they got me in and out in under an hour and with very minimal wait time. Every employee was very friendly and helpful

Fast, friendly, and and wonderful staff. My visit was a routine checkup and I was surprised at how quickly I was seen and the overall visit was less than 20 minutes. The staff were very considerate and answered all of my questions; even if they werent pertinent to my visit.

First & second impression was excellent. Clean and inviting environment. The staff was warm and welcoming. I would most definitely make this my go to Urgent Care Center... My only concern is that they dont fill out the return to work (disability) form that my job requires to be filled out...Cant blame BUC...I wish my job will change their policy.
