I have been a customer at this Rite Aid since it opened. Most times I have no problems. The pharmacy and clerks are always friendly. The pharmacy has helped me a great deal in obtaining and filling pills that my kid needs to stay alive. However, I do not like it when it is advertised on your window with big letters that you provide curbside service and then after 8 or 9 months later during the pandemic dont provide it anymore. I am a senor citizen, partially disabled and have a very sick kid at home. Rules for payment should have been stated clearly on that sign for curbside pickup. Not fair. Now I have to go in and pick up the medicine because they cant take cash in an envelope. I am a loyal customer but do not like Rite Aids management protocol now. It seems life reverse age discrimination or something.
Denied the purchase of my allergy medication. Pharmacist offered no help. She also coughed all over her hand while helping people. I dont think she should be working right now.
People in the pharmacy are rude except maybe 1 or 2. The Asian man is fantastic the rest of them horrible customer service bad attitudes.
I like going here especially since I live in the neighborhood the staff is very nice I feel like I walk in there and Im talking to the staff like we are friends or I have known them for awhile.
We love this Rite Aid because of the wonderful team they have there. The ladies make you feel welcomed, remember you and never make you feel like you’re interrupting their day which is all too common these days. Berkley feels like a small town to us, having lived here for 14 years and we love that. The Rite Aid reinforces this.
With so many stores to choose from, such as Walgreens, Rite-Aid, CVS, etc., my family and I work to remain loyal to Rite-Aid ... not just any Rite-Aid, but Berkley, Michigans store.For one, as you progressively shop at this store, and over a years time, you may earn a % discount for the complete following year. I hope that program is still in place, but it has worked tremendously for us.Secondly, the staff at the Pharmacy are amazing. I would say with all confidence the team works harder on my health and ensuring I am keeping up with my medications more than my doctors. I never hear from them, yet the pharmacists will call me about prescriptions. I cant think at the moment of the young ladys name who is a pharmacist ... she is great. Al is also terrific as are the additional staff.Thanks for the opportunity to be serviced by Rite-Aid!!
Extremely impressed with the pharmacy here. Every pharmacist Ive talked to has been pleasant and bends over backwards to make sure I get my medication filled, even when I had trouble with the insurance company.
Im local and the store staff has always been very nice.I wish they were open later.
Packed tight, little store. Never had issue finding what I need and checking out. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service here. The cashier was rude and did not answer any of my questions while checking out. The only thing I will give is that nothing was out of stock.
Pharamist was rude and didnt have my medicine ready till the next day. Seemed very flustered
Horrible service. There is never a cashier, they are always doing other work. Hire more people! I will never return.
