They always have issues with my prescription.One time the pharmacist hung up on me when I had a question regarding my prescription.The most recent pickup was never filled. Almost 5 days later I stopped by and they expedited it. Still took over 30 minutes!!The store and cashiers are awesome, it’s just the pharmacy that ruins the experience.

Was told my prescription was not covered, so I paid cash after the GoodRX discount.Come to find out, the medicine has ALWAYS been covered by my insurance.

Favorite CVS location, also love the pharmacy. Very accommodating. Rarely do I feel the need to write reviews but Im moving and Im actually sad I wont be able to use this CVS anymore!

Pharmacy told me that my script was, All set. We just need your card. Went to pick up script 30 mins later. Were out of that medication & we can order it for you. I spoke directly to the man who told me this on the phone. He tried to lie telling me that he never said the script was ready. When I questioned what, All set meant he replied that it didnt mean it was ready. I took my business to 13 & Woodward location. Script was ready promptly. When I handed the man my insurance card he said that it wasnt needed. I asked why the Berkley location stated they needed it. He said there was a way to look it up & that it was pure laziness on their part.

Unprofessional staff who act like it’s an inconvenience to fill your prescriptions. Have called to be told a prescription was ready when in fact it was not and in one instance the medication wasn’t even available at the location. In the future will drive further to avoid this location, shame because it’s within walking distance from my house.

The WORST pharmacy ever....does not know how to adequately bill insurances or really do anything competently....had the wrong insurance for me for several months...now their system can’t process a time sensitive prescription for me. My insurance even called, recommending them to contact their help desk, but they refused, specifically the rude & so very incompetent staff member there, Chris. After over an hour on the phone with cvs staff as well as my insurance company, Chris’s solution was to change my pharmacy...surely!!!! I will never purchase another thing or use cvs ever again!!! And as a provider, myself, I will highly discourage any of my patients from utilizing CVS for their prescriptions.

I received a text that my medication was ready for pick up at one location. I arrived and then was told it was filled at another location. Why send a text from a different location for pick up then?! I waited for more than 15 minutes at the window and then was told to park and come back in 5 minutes. The inconvenience of driving to two different locations was extremely frustrating adding time and gas to my commute. Fix your autotexting- it’s poor customer service.

If they can come up with a way to screw up an RX, theyll do it. Theyll even come up with ways beyond anything you can imagineInstead of insulin pens theyll give you regular vials of insulin AND pump cartridges... But still give you the needles for pens. Then argue thats how the RX was written and blame you for the confusion.Have also received some elses RX in with mine. Once again they argued that was my fault.Switched locations to the CVS Woodward in Royal Oak and the problems went away.

Not sure about the actual store but the Pharmacy portion has the worst service Ive ever had. After waiting almost 2 weeks for my perscription they ordered one that wasnt even covered by my insurance, after all the stress and attitude one of the women consistently gave me, I finally just called my insurance company and they called them (equally having a hard time) and found out they carry the perscription so I was waiting for nothing. I will never* be back to this CVS

I love the convenience of this store location and the drive-thru pharmacy (the low score is ONLY for the pharmacy). The lady that I normally deal with at the drive-thru is very pleasant to deal with and is always helpful. Pretty much everyone else Ive dealt with @ the parmacy has had issues with either knowledge or attitude. My biggest complaint is their auto refill process only seems to apply to certain meds. Why is this? When I brought up the fact that they repeatedly kept forgetting to refill the one prescription that is the most important to me they give a different excuse each time. This last time they forgot to alert me that there are no more refills, which they normally do (and Im on my last pill). So now Ill be skipping medication because their refill service is inadequate. Additionally, their text messages dont always include which med theyve refilled so if you have more than one, good luck knowing which one theyve refilled. Bottom line is that the service is sloppy, inconsistent and undependable. Oh, and their app sucks. After this last prescription I will be changing my pharmacy to a more dependable one.

We have been long-time customers of CVS, as the location and drive thru is convenient. That being said the pharmacist is condescending, and very rude and there is a general lack of communication about prescriptions. Plus, they refill scripts without consent and call you repeatedly if they want you to refill one. After todays experience with the pharmacist, I will no longer be shopping there.

Went there to pick up my pictures, stood in line for 20 minutes, not one cashier told us we were in the wrong line, very mean man working behind the counter. Looked at us and NEVER said anything to us.i will NEVER shop there.

I love the pharmacy. They have a lot of elderly customers and are very patient. However everyone else is sub par. The manager needs to buy a watch . It is not randomly that she is late. This is a bad habit . There were 5 other people who were waiting 20 minutes after a so called 7am opening time. In the past month she has been late more then I can count and guess who has the keys? If I was late for work I would loose my job. I go out of my way to avoid this CVS.
