These folks are great!I had a bad dental experience when I was a kid and it has made me very nervous about seeing a dentist.Dr. Forte and her staff did a super job explaining everything and they made me very comfortable. I actually had a great time. The staff has a great sense of humor and I felt like I was just visiting relatives.I look forward to going back. :)

A tough review to leave. Dr. Forte and her staff are very friendly and efficient, namely with working with clients schedules. I always had a positive experience with the staff and the office and individual dental suites are very clean and well maintained.Unfortunately, during one of my last visits, there was a gap in my insurance that the office didnt make me aware of and I payed significantly more for a routine cleaning than I ever would have knowingly wanted to pay. Further, they werent as transparent as Id expect on the status of my insurance and wanted to continue to keep me as a client without knowing what my copays would be in the future as an out of network client.If your insurance covers visits to this office, I believe youll have a positive experience. However, be warned you will need to stay on top of the status of your insurance or risk unknowingly paying out of network costs without the office making you aware.

My family was attending this office for a little while and I had multiple concerns with their office. The first being that they did not bill something correctly, or rebill it correctly, no matter how many times I called to get it straightened out. Every time I called the insurance company, I was told that the date was billed incorrectly or not billed at all when the staff told me that it was. And every time I called the staff about it, they would a) be new and have no idea what was going on and then b) not call me back when they said that they would. By the time I called back again, there would be new staff again and wed be starting from scratch again. The bill comes with no details - just an amount - so I can t even do my own work to try to get the bill resolved. Nobody seems to know where the amount comes from. Not only that, but I was overbilled after this mistake. This was confirmed by their staff but I was not refunded hundreds of dollars because I still had a balance due to their previous mistake.Not only that, on two occasions they gave my 15 year old gas that I did not authorize. The first time, they explicitly asked me if they could. I said no but they did it anyway. The second time they didnt ask at all and I just happened to see that I was billed for it. Then, they told me that it was just routine for all children and then said it was my fault for not being with him. Hes 15 years old (was probably 14 at the time) and I dont think I should have to be in the room with my teen to keep him from having unnecessary drugs for dental work. This has never happened in any other dentists office Ive been to. I find this extremely concerning and Im still working on resolving the billing issues more than a year later.

Our family loves Dr Forte! We’ve been seeing her for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTISTMy family has been going to this dentist for sometime and when I wanted to get veneers done my mother suggested I try with herBIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFEthe whole process was very unpleasant, I had an event coming up and asked if I would be able to wear the temporaries for a month (this later proved to be false) I also asked of this would be partially covered by insurance and they said they would try(after I paid, I never heard an answer).I got on my temporaries and liked how they looked but as my permanents were being made the tamporaries repetitively fell off even though I was not eating solid food, considering that she had shaven off my teeth this was an incredibly painful and traumatizing experienceIn the end I had to rushedly get my permanents put on only a few days after the temporaries and surprise the permanent teeth looked nothing like the temporariesI honestly like my original teeth moreTheyre horribleNow that Im seeing a friend go through the process with another dentist Im seeing how the process is handled by a professiional- not what I experiencedIm honestly disgusted by the way this dentist conducted herselfIf she did not have enough experience doing veneers to do them properly why did she agree to do it? O, yes, likely because its a procedure that costs thousands of dollarsThousands of dollars that I apparently paid to go through a painful, unprofessional experience that ultimately ended in hugely subpar veneers
