Peace of Mind Therapy is my first experience with therapy, and I’m not sure it could be any better. Lauren creates such a warm and inviting safe space for you to share. I always feel like she cares, empathizes and asks thoughtful questions to help guide me through my thoughts/emotions/behaviors. I can’t recommend Peace of Mind enough!

I’ve been seeking counseling from Lauren at Peace of Mind for many years. She is a positive and compassionate therapist who really invests in helping her clients. I can’t say enough good things about the therapy she has provided me and how instrumental she has been in helping me work through many of my life’s trials. Highly recommend.

I have gained SO much from working with Lauren and really am grateful for her. She has helped me manage trauma, anxiety, and all that life throws at me. I appreciate the safe, judgement-free space she creates as well as how she guides me to find my own answers and strategies with affirming that my feelings are valid. It’s hard to find a therapist that truly “gets” it and guides the patient to find their own solutions. Lauren is very responsive, professional, and accommodating. I cannot recommend her and POM enough.

My daughter and I both go to POM and have for the past year. I cannot day enough good things about Lauren P and Ashley S. They truly care about our mental wellbeing and and been instrumental in helping my daughter and I with our relationship. Lauren who works here has a very Nasty Attitude and Demeanor. i cant help your website and Google listed the types of Insurance you accept. take it up with your site and Google. and the way you were on the emails i wouldnt even consider this place for counseling. especially when you rudely said i would have to pay out of pocket.its just best to talk to whatever God you pray too and whatever your faith base is because when it comes to this Therapist and Counselors they only care about getting a paycheck and thats it.ITS NOT A FALSE REVIEW IT WAS LISTED ON YOUR SITE ASWELL AS GOOGLE WHAT INSURANCE YOU TOOK.I WILL NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH.
