I had been going to my prior dentist for more than 30 years, so when he retired there were big shoes to fill. Dr Israel, Barb, Diane and all the Ericas are doing a great job at this practice. They are professional, caring, explain everything well and are very pleasant to deal with. I feel confident that my dental health is in good hands at this practice. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the practice - the office staff, the hygienists and Dr. Israel - are exceedingly kind and gifted at their work! They were able to make appointments incredibly quickly, which really helped with my schedule. I am so grateful for all their help!

I’m a relatively new patient at Berkley Family Dental. Each time I’ve been there, my experience was great. I don’t have any major dental issues and go there for routine check-ups and dental hygiene. The staff is helpful and professional. When I come to my appointment, there is no extra wait time, they are ready to see me right away. I’m happy with the dental hygienist services. I also like that they have several toothpaste flavors to choose from for polishing)) The fillings that I’ve got there work fine for me as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

During COVID my dentist shifted all emergencies to a practice in Livonia. I live in Berkley, so began researching ratings and chose a few dentists to call. I was in pain, but could not be worked in as a new patient anywhere until I called BFD. Dr Israel is highly skilled on technical & esthetic aspects of care, takes time to explain options, and is supported by imaging which permits the patient to see precisely what condition teeth are in. Throughout COVID I have felt safe there. I am an experienced site visitor for allied health training program accreditation (I didn’t make that known there) and know what to look for in a clinical site. I’m very satisfied to be seen by the caring and efficient staff at BFD. Everyone has been wonderful.

In my few visits in this office, I have been made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Sheryl, my Dental Hygienist is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in caring for and educating her patients. The staff is also very helpful.I would highly recommend this office and Sheryl to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

What a great office!! Staff was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. Dr Danyal was amazing she took her time explaining to me what I needed to have done and it looks incredible.

I happened across this office when having extremely bad tooth pain. I saw Dr. Danyal and found out I was in need of three emergency root canals, but was told they were so bad there was a possibility of not being able to save the teeth. However, Dr. Danyal not only made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable, but she was able to save the teeth, do an amazing job on the root canals AND I felt no pain immediately afterwards. Also, for someone who has been very afraid of dentists most of my life, she was so gentle and with the numbing, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during the procedures. I would highly recommend her. Her assistants and office staff are also so incredibly friendly and helpful! 100% recommend.
