At my first visit, (and last,) with Dr. West, I noticed he had written down all my medical diagnoses, on a large board. He asked me if they were all true.With my current medical records right in front of him, of course I said yes! He bluntly said that I was LYING‼️I then said that I was not lying‼️Then he said again, (a little closer and in a mean voice,) that I WAS LYING‼️Then I said, “I am not lying!” Then he got very close to this great grandma’s face, and in a scary, cold-blooded, cruel voice...he said, “THEN YOU ARE DYING‼️“ I got down as quick as I could, and left the room crying and in shock ‼️ I cried all the way out of the medical building, and then into my car, and cried all the way home‼️

Dr Timothy West makes it easy to receive MS care at UCSF’s new Berkeley location. His compassion is unique since his mom was diagnosed with Multiple Schlerosis which inspired his career. Wednesdays in Berkeley with Dr West is such a pleasant clinic experience to receive world class care. He really is the best!
