A Provider at this location disclosed my private information to a 3rd party without my consent. That information was then pasted onto MyChart Notes in a random area that would be easily missed. No dates, no signatures. Lifelong wont tell me who the provider is that disclosed my information, they wont tell me info on the 3rd party. They did, however, freely disclose my private information! Check &Recheck your notes if you’re a patient at this location.

Went at 9am for my first Covid 19 vaccination. The anxiety I was feeling before I arrived dissolved as soon as I saw how everything was organized. I got in line and, when it was my turn, answered the screening questions. I was then sent to a table where someone scheduled my second dose and gave me information from the CDC. Then I waited in a short line until I was called to receive the vaccine. Abdhula was kind, gentle, and skilled at giving the vaccine. I felt at ease. I sat for 15 minutes in the chairs outside and then went on my way. The entire process took about 30 minutes, likely because of how organized it was and that I had a morning appointment. Feeling grateful and relieved it went so smoothly.

This place takes forever to do anything too give you a call back too write a simple doctor notes they need too get it together

I asked for a Doctor and a nurse (Menton Hurd) lead me to believe he was a Doctor.Anyway he cut 1/3 of my meds and threw me into many attacks. Please do not go there

Lifelong is the worst doctors office i have ever had. They have lost my childrens immunization record and act like i must have never been their because its not in their computer, we wait for forever and they have failed to send our a referral 5 different times everytime saying im sending it over but i call the other office and they have nothing. Use any other office if you are looking for a new doctor!

Ever since I came to this place, I have loved it immensely! My provider is lovely, and when I moved back to this state after a years abscense, I refused to go anywhere that wasnt near this center. The care is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and understanding with my blindness.

You cannot pay out of pocket for a Covid test here. They only bill through insurance. Access to care is why the United States is failing its citizens during this epidemic. If people are willing to pay for testing, let them get tested!

There is no one answering phone calls at this clinic, so how can I make an appointment!? I dont recommend this clinic to anyone.

I required psychiatric help and spent six months being told that I would be seen. I was told every time that someone would call me, which only happened once, and was for the wrong practitioner. This location is dangerous for anyone who needs consistent and honest support with their mental health.

I am currently at the clinic and its almost 12pm and I had an appointment at 1030 am. So just imagine how I feel. Doctor seems to come late all the time....

I have had a positive experience with this medical facility so far, may be hard to get in touch with them at times but good people there. Specially had a positive experience with a medical assistant there named Joseph. He is Amazing.

This place is a disaster ! They will make you waiting for hours, before a doctor finally will show up. It wouldn’t matter if the patient is very sick and needs immediate attention.My dog gets a better care at his doctors office!

They take your money then refuse to help you! They have done that to me twice and I have only been there two times! I am going to file a complaint with the CA medical board. Beware of Dr.(?) Vanessa Muyen. Her medical ignorance leads her to practice medicine with pioused self righteousness rather than compassion and understanding. A prime example of a Girl telling a Man what is right for him because a man that has lived in his body for 57 years couldnt possibly know what is right for himself. She focuses on what a medicine has the potential to do in the wrong hands and not what it has been proven to do for one individual. It is unconscionable to send somebody home to suffer in misery. She will never be a good Dr. until she understands the simple fact that trust in a Dr.- patient relationship is a two way street.

This place should be shut down, they dont know what they are doing or do they know how to diagnose your problem. If they cant figure out what is wrong with you they will just leave you out in the cold. They nurse that saw me was a airhead and they ordered the wrong labs. Run from this place.

Forget the ambiance and concentrate on the staff and doctors. They are professional, caring and thorough. Yes thorough - They listen to you and dont discount your needs. Ive suffered with Reactive Hypoglycemia since 1972. With working with my doctor and the nutritionalists, I have had great success in managing it. Yeah! Thank you - Thank you to everyone there.

Another health care ASSEMBLY LINE funded by a broken health care system... They have better doctors here but theyd rather give you a doctor who is there to simply churn out as many patents per hour as possible.

This place is great. Dedicated professionals operating within their chosen environment, total satisfaction here. There are people that say things like BooHoo! The receptionist was as deferential as I wanted her to be! (BTW- I am out of network and was disqualified as a potential patient) Never go there. or My circulatory system is so bad that the phlebotomist had to try three times to find a marginally appropriate place to draw blood Are just sour grapes. Top marks to the people who work there.

I took my father in law there after I managed to get couple hours off from work. When we got there found out that they canceled his appointment for no reason and without even informing us. I think its irresponsibility regardless of the reasons that I still dont know

Came in as a new patient and was greeted very rudely by a heavy set woman. She had an unnecessary attitude which it turn helped me to decide NOT to establish care there. My insurance was out of network so I didnt go through with the appointment but Im so glad that I was able to experience that and know not to go there anymore. It would have been awful had I called my insurance to have it transferred to such a facility that employ people like the lady that was rude to me. People have to watch who they employ because people can do a terrible job of representing the place and cause a loss of any sort of potential profit.

Doctors cant order simple prescriptions. 3 times in a row they have wrongly prescribed medications that would kill me if I would have taken them. Lucky the pharmacist caught it. Only go here if you have no other options.

She is very rude and the talks as if shes discriminating you. The ladys name is Peng.B. I hope they fire her now! Immediately! This clinic deserves no rating at all because of that lady! Peng B is the worst!

This place is a mess and no one ever seems to know what anyone is doing. My mother has to go here and they can never fill her prescriptions, no matter how many times the pharmacist calls or faxes. THEN the doctor asks my mother why she is not taking her meds? Rinse, lather, repeat, this continuously happens. What the hell is wrong with this people?

Renovated building and same staff. Came in and waited in line like anyothers and told to be seated and be called. Noticed the person waited behind me called in before me. Little annoyed caz came to get check up for a 7year old and the heavy weight front desk person couldnt keep it professional.

Only complaint is hard to get ahold of anyone on phone.

I like the place but some doctors that check me was rude and was telling her coworker about what was going on in the room I personally felt sad and like was not professional to be talking about other people personal stuff
