This Pharmaca has a very knowledgeable staff and can usually answer any questions you have or give you advice on substitutes if what you wanted is not available and will order it if available. A Very Friendly Staff with attention to detail. They remember their regular customers and usually make sure if any special discount is available offer it to you! Crowded store. No help in sight

I went to get my flu vaccine and the service followed all social distance guidelines and precautions. Instructions were clear and I signed all my paperwork, then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and made sure I didnt have any questions or concerns before and after the procedure. The pharmacycashier took time to make sure that anything of concern in my paperwork was figured out, took my temperature in a professional manner. Hand sanitizer was generously provided as I needed it at both the pharmacy and checkout, I was given a ten dollar no strings attached coupon for the store afterwards. I bought a CDC compliant face mask for a rock bottom price! Sneeze guards, everyone wore masks, social distance guidelines, definitely worth the trip if youre still on the fence. Will get my vaccine with them again when the need calls for it!

I agree with the other reviewers. Poorly managed pharmacy; I’ve had to return 3 (!) times to get a single prescription properly filled because I was promised it on a certain day and it wasn’t done, over and over. I don’t think I’ve had a single prescription filled that didn’t require me to make follow-up calls or wait for at least half an hour. And it’s always difficult to find someone in the store to point me toward a product. All around frustrating; I’m going to have to find a different pharmacy.

Staff are super helpful! You can ask them about ANYTHING for advice on supplements, and you can get lots of advice (and take-home testers!) from their beauty-product selection (great natural skincare stuff). Best place to buy sunscreen!

Really pleasant people & place to walk around in, nice to check out each aisle. Many soaps, granola bar selection, earrings, reusable things, health pills, etc. Health conscious. Cool place!

Good selection of dietary supplements and health products. The pharmacy is understaffed and unresponsive to phone calls. If you want to transfer a prescription to this place, I hope you dont have arthritis because you will need to bend over backwards.

I stood in line for 10 minutes today just to purchase one small item. This place is disorganized and I’ve frequently received less than acceptable customer service here. The sales representatives are myopic in their approach, spending loads of time helping one customer while a long line of customers wait to check out with only one cashier. Today there was a long line and no cashier behind the counter for at least 7 minutes. When I suggested that they maintain two cashiers the manager replied, “Well, it’s a Tuesday.”It is too stressful to go here to purchase anything.

I love to browse here. And they have many items I cant get elsewhere. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The most sweet pharmacist manager. I got to the pharmacy when they were closing. I told the manager that my mom was in pain. She told me that she will prepare the medication for me. I was in shock because I never experience the excellent service. The next day I was driving to the emergency room taking my mom with pain and I received a call from the pharmacist asking about my mom and how the medication helped her. The pharmacist name is (Farnnosh). I simply cannot say enough about this wonderful pharmacist!!!!

Poorly managed pharmacy. Showed up at 9:30 on a Saturday to pick up prescriptions and they were not open, despite advertising a 9am opening time. The pharmacist was also waiting outside, and she did not know where any employees were either. You’d think for healthcare’s sake a pharmacy would be more reliable. I will be switching back to Walgreens or CVS.

This store is impossible to call and talk to a person. The manager # is directed to a voicemail that has a full inbox. How can I call and ask a question?
