Your respond time to answer calls is one of the worst Ive seen at any medical facility. Everytime I call your direct line I am put on hold from 20 minute to an 45 minutes. Today I was on hold only to have someone finally answer and they had a bad connection and hung up as I tried my best to connect. I dread having to call this number. I dont have a lot of time to be wasting on hold.
Horrible experience. Dr. Kurupath went on vacation without giving me the results of my pathology report, although I was told he had reviewed them prior to leaving; his nurse did not follow up with me. I had issues after the procedure and instead of prescribing something for the pain they wanted me to do a telehealth visit with a doctor who knows nothing about my history. Yesterday 1/19/21 I called with issues caused by the medication he prescribed and I am still waiting for a call back. I had to call my PCP to get the issue taken care of.
The service at Sutter Health is really one of the best. Polite manners and smiling faces make a big difference when waiting to be seen for the check up.Doctor Kurupath was pleasant and ordered all the tests for my issue that could be the causing my symptoms.This was a way overdue check up for me and I’m glad that I visited this office.
