Review №1

This spring I tripped and fell wrong and shattered a left-hand finger bone in 5 pieces. I play the cello as a hobby -- playing music has been a lifeline during the pandemic for me -- so I was very worried about how my finger would work to play. I also write for a living, so I worried about the effect on my typing.Dr Yu pinned the bone back brilliantly. Its taking a long time to get back to normal -- or even a new normal as she predicts -- but I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Dr Yus care and craftsmanship. Ive been playing again since the first days after the cast came off and am now almost entirely recovered. The hand physical therapy practice in SF said theyd never seen anyone recover range of movement so quickly after my cast came off. This is clearly because of Dr Yus skill.Dr Yu and her office are also invariably kind, patient, and friendly: taking the time to answer questions, and even sharing a quiet sense of humor.I couldnt imagine a better experience after such a scare.
