Ive been going to the office of Dr. Happy Tooth for a few years now and am very happy with everything overall. I have had multiple cleanings and had work done a few times to replace an old filling and put in a new one. They are very COVID-safety conscious and communicative about appointments during the pandemic, and any adjustments that need to be made. The hygienist who did my most recent cleaning was excellent--she was careful and responsive to sensitive areas (I have sensitive gums and teeth) and had concrete suggestions for me going forward including changing the type of floss Im using--I didnt know that really mattered! She also gave me written instructions (much appreciated) since it was a little hard to hear through her two masks and face shield--like I said, very COVID-safety conscious! The only downside is that you really do need to make appointments months out because they have a strong, loyal, patient base.

The hygienists and dentists I’ve seen here (3 times now) have been super gentle, kind, and informative. I have pretty sensitive teeth from gum recession and they made sure I had a comfortable, pain-free experience! I went here throughout pregnancy as well!

Dr Chen was really friendly .. and honestly never had an actual dentist clean my teeth (always the hygienist)

My daughter had a visit yesterday with Dr. Arnolds office and it was another great experience. It was our first since the pandemic. We really appreciated their safety protocols to lower risk of transmission of covid or any other infections. We totally recommend this for your childs dental needs. 👍🏽

Its always a little stressful finding a new dentist when moving across the country, but Im very happy I was able to find Dr. Chen. He did a very thorough walk through of my x-ray with me and identified some fillings that were done poorly by my old dentist in NYC that had been causing me discomfort for some time. Additionally, he clearly showed me where risk areas were and explained how some of my shortcomings in dental hygiene appeared in the scans. Very excited to have found my go-to dentist on the west coast on my first try!

Truly the best and friendliest dentists office Ive ever been to, everyone who works there is lovely. All the dentists seem really good and always give thorough explanations of things like how to properly brush your teeth, what toothpaste to use, why plaque builds up, etc.

This was hands down the BEST dentist Ive ever been to! Ive moved a lot over the last 20 years and been to about a dozen different dentists, but this was by far the best experience Ive ever had.First of all, Ashley was exceptional at dealing with my complicated schedule to find something that worked, I loved the option to communicate by text.As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted warmly and everyone had big smiles (what you want to see at a dentist!), a very kind man took my coat and joked with me which made me feel at ease from the get go.Next, Alexis did a great job taking my x-rays and photos and making me feel comfortable. Finally I was seen by Dr Le, who explained what he was doing and was extremely gentle. Everyone was professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. All the equipment looked state of the art and the office was very clean/modern.Overall, fantastic experience and service with a smile. Im almost sad that I dont have to go back for another 6 months!

I like the happy atmosphere inside my Dentist office. Ive been going here for about ten yrs and I keep going back. Doctor Arnold, Gloria and other staff make you feel confrontable. Very professional. They always work with you to get you in..especially if you have a hectic schedule. I feel like family. You will leave very satisfied and with a smile for sure. Highly recommend this Dentist office.

My mother has been a patient for years. And although Im not financially sound, the people in this office treated me like I deserved humane care.I have been afraid and struggling with dental and medical care since my financial hardship began and the extreme disrespect and complete disregard for my humanity had been internalized until visiting this office. They have restored a nugget of my faith in humanity. .....and they werent even able to help me with my situation. But, they were empathetic as opposed to nonchalant. They (not me) looked into other ways and other offices that mightve been able to help me.To be sure, once I am in a better position financially, this will the dental office I go to.

I have been a patient here for 2-3 years and these are the nicest, kindest, most good-looking dentists west of the Mississippi. They have always explained procedures, policies, and payment schedules in an easy-to-understand manner and have treated me like a prince! They have always been able to accommodate my crazy schedule and fit an appointment time that works for everyone. The service they provide are excellent all around! 10/10. Would recommend!

This is a wonderful office. Every single worker Ive interacted with has gone above and beyond with kindness and care, and it has been a night and day difference from other dentists Ive been to in the region. During uncertainties with my insurance, they took time to make sure that I was as informed as possible before moving forward with any procedures that might have put unexpected costs on my plate and have made me feel safe rather than vulnerable.
