I went to The Fix because I received a birthday gift -certificate from a wonderful and thoughtful co-worker. I left The Fix a forever customer. Leon has hands of magic! I went with severe lower back pain that I was considering may need the service of a chiropractor. Since my massage with Leon, I havent had any lower back pain! He listened to my needs and expectation and executed them flawlessly using his knowledge and techniques to help achieve the result I prayed for! I am extremely pleased with the massage he gave me. I also had a facial while I was there it and it turned out to be the best facial Ive ever had, from Alexandra. A full week later and my skin is still glowing. I felt like a brand new woman when I left there; I felt like the pampered pet of a rich heiress! The Fix may look like a hole in the wall from the outside, but the inside is very well appointed with clean and peaceful spa accoutrements. I am extremely please with the service and the high quality treatments I received, it was worth every penny. I will definitely be back again and again!

I have been going a while to see Lauren for waxings and she always makes me feel special. She’s a great conversationalist and so genuine. It’s like seeing a friend, but one that does an Excellent bikini wax. I’d gladly keep paying a little bit more to come here because I think it is so worth it.Today I booked my first massage with Leon and it didn’t disappoint. He somehow made a sixty minute massage feel more than sufficient. Every body part had special attention and his pressure was perfect. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had. Well worth the price.

The Fix is wonderful! The ambiance of the spa is so lovely and calming and unique with lots of touches of nature and a beautiful brick wall leading to a sunlight.When I arrived I was offered delicious tea and a cookie and shown around. They have areas for waxing and spray tans and facials on top of their massage rooms.Leon gave me my massage. He was so attentive and pleasant and the massage was fantastic! I highly recommend him!Check this little oasis in Berkeley out! You wont be disappointed!

Found this place a little while ago while looking through groupon. Very nice and knowledgeable ladies that try to make your experience as painless as possible. They offer waxing packages, which arent reflected on the website. Definitely something to keep in mind and purchase if you can, so that waxing gets easier.

I cant say enough great things about this urban oasis! I came in for a facial during their soft opening almost a year ago and was blown away by the service. The team at The Fix truly cares about making you feel beautiful on the inside and out. They really address all your skin needs and execute perfectly crafted facial experiences. Since then Ive become a regular and cant imagine going anywhere else. They can fix me anytime.

Only have great things to say about this cute and beautiful spa and even better things to say about the service and staff. Received both a wax and a facial from Alex, the latter being my first facial. It was only my second wax and after having sworn off ever doing it again, I changed my mind based on my trust in Alexs top notch service (visiting her for 2 years at a previous spa). The facial left my skin feeling refreshed and lord knows it needed it! Alex goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed pre, during and after your services.The spa is cute as can be, impeccably decorated, clean and well kept and the mimosa didnt hurt either. 8 min walk from BART so quite easy to get to as well.Will return again next month :)
