I absolutely adore Dr. Castello-Kramer. Every week I look forward to our sessions because I feel undoubtedly supported and I truly believe she cares about me. She is not only a great therapist, but also a wonderful warm and welcoming human being.I work with her on my anxiety, depression, and self esteem issues. After a couple of sessions discussing my overall goals, we dove into the cognitive therapy technique. I was absolutely FLOORED at how well it worked. I was having episodes multiple times a day, but we created a step-by-step plan of how I could tackle this -- piecing steps together so it was never too overwhelming. I also love that she assigns me homework and I leave each week with tangible things to work on.My single only critique is that she may not *always* have the very best memory, BUT she is aware of this and will ALWAYS apologize ~~ simply stating oh sorry hun, could you go more into detail on that again ... or something along the lines. She is as sweet as can possibly be. She reminds me of me favorite grandmother. Cant wait until I work with her during our next session!
