This is definitely a 5 star dental practice. I started going there after my previous dentist of 40 years retired during the pandemic. Everything has been first rate, from cleaning, x-rays, fillings, explanations, billing of insurance, reception, reminders, etc. Everyone is friendly and competent. Dr. Dailley did excellent work and clearly answered all of my questions. I have full confidence in him and his team and look forward to having him as my dental professional for years to come.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Dailley for several years now and we are more than satisfied with the level of care that we are receiving from him and his staff. Dr. Dailley fully explains his treatment plans for us, including relevant treatment options and accurate estimates of cost, and then carries out the agreed upon plans in a friendly, compassionate and highly professional manner. Hello, greetings from India, I was suffering from chronic halitosis since last 11 years , it hugely impacted my confidence while talking to someone and also took a toll on my social life. Consulted multiple dentists , tried a lot of products , be it allopathic ,ayuverdic but with no results .Came across Dr dailley breathcure website and took a chance by ordering its starter kit online and hands down never have I seen anything even remotely close to the Excellent results that Dr dailleys recommended products provide.Especially thankful to him for being so considerate and starting home based treatment plan for people who dont live in the States or unable to reach his clinic.Their staff is also very helpful and courteous who always solved my queries promptly in emailsTruly Grateful to Dr Dailleys and His team and Recommend them 5/5 .

Unprofessional and a fraud. I spent $1200 for him to prescribe me a tongue scraper and mouthwash. On top of that he is argumentative and rude. Poor customer service.

I was a little anxious to visit the office to a routine cleaning because of COVID. However those fears we immediately put to rest by the preparedness of the waiting room and easy to follow instructions for staying safe. The staff, as always, was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Daily is definitely on top of things and I’ll be back for another cleaning in December.

Ive been going to Dr. Anthonys since he opened, I think. His whole staff is very sweet and welcoming from Michelle up front to Enrique who is the primary hygienist. While I dont think anyone really wants to get their teeth scratched at every 6 months, this office will make it pleasant as they do so. You can watch Netflix on the TV. The dentist is very accommodating for emergencies and does good work at keep your mouth in order!

Dr. Anthony Dailley Dental Care has been providing excellent dental care for my dental health for the previous eight years. Cleanings, fillings, root canals are performed efficiently and to a high standard. Convenient Berkeley location, very clean office and treatment areas with pleasant patient waiting room. Very nice views of the Berkeley hillside from comfortable treatment chairs. Office support staff friendly and efficient.Besides being a fine D.D.S., Dr. Dailley is also an accomplished skier and ice hockey enthusiast, as well as a Berkeley native.

This was the best dentist visit experience I’ve ever had. I learned so many things about my current dental health. Dr. Dailley was very detailed and everyone in general guided me through the process, gave me tips, and explained what some of the dental terms were. Everyone was super friendly. The dental assistants would also check up on me often throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and valued.

I’m not really a big fan of going to the dentist, but to date I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr Dailley. Today I had to go for a cleaning and have a filling replaced. My mouth is still numb for the amnesia, but the procedure was pretty quick and painless. I would and do recommend Dr Dailley to all my friends and anyone looking for a dentist.

I scheduled an appointment less than 24 hours ahead and was still greeted and treated promptly. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The treatments were all performed promptly and professionally.Also, and I still cant believe this: I received a handwritten thank you note welcoming me! Who does that anymore? This is above and beyond care. :)I would totally recommend this dentist.

Dr. Dailley has been my dentist for about 4 years. I am the biggest baby when it comes to visiting the dentist but Dr. Dailley makes staying on top of my dental care easy for people me. The office is very comfortable, full of natural light and I absolutely love the front desk receptionist and the hygienists.Todays visit was prep for a bridge which involved a few shots to numb the area, removal of a crown from one tooth, and having 2 molds taken. The entire process took 1-1/2 hours. I love how Dr. Dailley tells me what will happen next and how something may feel during the procedure. Dr. Dailley told me to get some ibuprofen and to take it just before the numbing wore off which helped handle the post procedure discomfort which wasnt even that bad. If youre the type of person who is so anxious about your dental care that you avoid it for years, give Dr. Dailleys office a call.

*FRAUD alert. I recently moved to the area and have visited twice; once for a routine cleaning and second to have my wisdom teeth extracted and a deep cleaning performed. Actual dental care was great; spectacular customer service,w ith qualified and efficient dental professionals serving you. Careful, patient, and kind dental hygiene specialists..However, I inadvertently left my debit card at their office the date of my second (and last) appointment. I was called that they had my card in their possession; a staff member later informed me that she would send the card to my home along with a statement. When I received the statement and my card, it was debited an ADDITIONAL $500, on the date that THEIR DENTAL OFFICE HAD POSSESSION OF MY CARD, in an UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION for which no notice was provided, nor consent granted. No phone call informing me that they had reassessed a fee, no request to charge an additional amount, no apology about a discrepancy, and absolutely no authorization before charging my DEBIT account an additional $500 at their own liberty. I can only imagine this occurring to people with actual financial issues, including the ramifications of overdraft fees, etc.The administrative staff must make a habit of this, as I sent an email to the dental office requesting a fee estimate two weeks prior to the appointment, no response; called in personally, was quoted ~$180; was again quoted and charged ~$180 before leaving my appointment, yet they informed me after pointing out the discrepancy that they did not know where the $180 figure came from but that the charge was incorrect so they fixed it.This was no mistake of theirs, and they deliberately (and fraudulently) decided to take it within their own liberty to charge my account whatever amount they desired without consulting me personally. This is egregious conduct that, if systemic, should be immediately reported to the proper city authorities. I highly recommend that past customers, especially those using Health Savings Accounts or other similar benefits through employers, take a look at their balances for hidden charges that vary from the actual receipt which they signed. In my case, I have both receipts and voicemails from staff members both before and after the date of the charges indicating that I did not have possession (nor did i sign any paper authorizing the charge), thus proving the lack of consent to the charges assessed. Luckily, the difference was not extreme, but the fact that it was effectuated without my permission makes this instance, no matter how isolated, a deeply intolerable incident.

I was seamlessly worked in for an urgent dental problem. Efficiently diagnosed. problem explained and treatment recommended. Felt well cared for by the competent and caring Dr Dailley.

I had a extremely painful dental emergency and even though Dr. Dailley isnt my regular dentist, he saw me immediately and got me an immediate referal to an endodontist to have a root canal. On top of his excellent service and diagnosis he was kind and understanding and didnt even charge me for his services. If youre looking for a good, thoughtful dentist dont hesitate to contact him.

We did a procedure—saving an anchor tooth on a 45 year old bridge that was falling apart—and I should have been scared, but I wasn’t at all. The team were so choreographed and everything calibrated so I didnt feel pain or anxiety. The tooth was saved and I am very very grateful.

I was recommended to see Dr. Dailley by my friend who recommends Dr. Dailley to literally everyone she knows.After nearly 20yrs of not seeing a dentist, I was very nervous and of course, there are many things to be done. Dr. Dailley had everything planned for me to take care of things one by one.Yesterday was the day for the root canal procedure & although, I was not nervous, I wasnt exactly excited.The entire process was so pain-free & almost relaxing that Dr. Dailley caught me falling asleep!!You dont hear that about root canal too often, right? My experience with Mr Dailley, his assistant and office manager was exceptionally good. From beginning to end I was treated with great respect and the level of care was superb. I’ve never had such thorough xrays taken and after being told I needed two crowns at another dentist, Dr Dailley agreed to approach the tooth conservatively and if necessary, only make a large filling—which is at a significantly lower price. As it was he discounted every procedure since I am disabled and don’t have insurance for anything but basic fillings. The offuce also offers a credit line with 0% interest from 6 to 18 months. I was approved immediately and this has allowed me to actually get the work done right away and prevent my teeth continuing to deteriorate.This dentist is highly skilled and makes sure all processes are kept as painless as possible. If I could give six stars I would!!

The office run by Dr Dailley is friendly and efficient. The staff makes you feel cared-for and are very helpful in navigating through the mess of insurance paperwork and the like.Most importantly, Dr Dailley is professional, at the top of his game and extremely down-to-earth.He helped me with a serious condition (a slowly dying tooth resulting from a serious accident that two previous dentists had underestimated its dire need of attention) and the work he performed to get me well actually saved me from a potential stroke caused by the infection that had grown. I owe him my well-being.You have a problem, he and his dental professional staff will solve it. He and they are that good.
