Very satisfied. Staff is very helpful and nice.Dr.Cooper is very good, had a very good experience.

Horrible bedside manner, showed no compassion for me as a patient, was annoyed when I asked questions, did a procedure where he shoved a scope through my nasal passage and down my throat but did not explain what he was going to do or if it would be uncomfortable or even painful... He somehow thought it would be okay to just approach me with a 2 foot long scope and insert into my nose. Needless to say, I was terrified and left the appointment very disturbed. Overall, the worst experience Ive ever had seeing a doctor, which is why I feel compelled to write a review. Hope to help others avoid this situation.

He was very nice and knowledgeable to my medical problems. Helped me right away and was very understanding. I highly recommend him.
