I absolutely love and appreciate everyone at Total Health, Berkely Heights, New Jersey. I have been coming to this establishment since 1999 and I have never regretted, for one minute my choice.The staff is second to none. People like Beth, Annette, Lisa, Ida and so many others and then there is Dr. Dorn. A gem among gems. There is one particular event that I am so happy to share with my friends. My primary care physician wanted me to be tested for diabetes. At this point I must interject that I hate, absolutely hate going for blood work. To make a long story short I made an appointment to see Dr. Dorn and I asked him if I was a diabetic without drawing blood he confirmed that I was not a diabetic. Out of obedience I went to LabCorp the next day and after having my blood drawn three times their test showed that I was not a diabetic. I smiled and said to myself “Dr. Dorn told me that yesterday.”My long history with Peak Medical, is not because I am in bad shape. I started going to Peak a few months ago for help with SI Joint issues resulting from a tear in my hip. Dr. Lentine is friendly, kind, understanding and most importantly gentle with his chiropractic approach. Totally low-pressure, I simply call when I need to come in for adjustment and they typically get me in same day or the following day. I always leave feeling so much relief. Grateful for Peak and for Dr. Lentine.

For several weeks this fall I received physical therapy from Jamie McLean, DPT. Ive had PT before, in another facility, but Peak Medical provided something unique, namely a totally personalized course of treatment geared to my specific and perhaps idiosyncratic symptoms. Jamies deep massage that began every session pinpointed the exact places of vulnerability. The PT exercises were personalized and not a formula workout. They strengthened my core, increased strength and flexibility and resulted in the elimination of sciatic nerve pain that had plagued me for a long time. I embraced the sometimes strenuous exercises and felt myself in partnership with Jamie. At times I had the recommended acupuncture sessions designed to improve total well-being. I believe the staff at Peak Medical is knowledgeable, extremely competent, considerate, friendly and totally committed to the well being of its patients. Great pt place to go to with any injury. Peak is more personable and have a more homey environment than other physical therapy places. All of their doctors are great and are always trying to help patients get back to their former strength.

I went to Peak Medical when I was pregnant and had severe low back pain. I was seen by a chiropractor and physical therapist and was surprised with how much better I felt even after the first treatment. This staff knows their stuff! They were thorough and really took their time explaining the different exercises that would help with my condition. The wait time was very short and when I called to schedule they were able to see me the same day. They also have Saturday hours which were very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and most importantly they were able to relieve my pain. I have gone back since for other unrelated issues and have had the same great results. I would (and HAVE) recommended this office to friends!

The staff are the most friendly I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, professional, and competent; a rare find these days. Dr. Dorn diagnosed a friend of mind with a parasite that all of his regular doctors missed, he knows his stuff, plus he is a nice guy. The therapists are are all amazing at what they do, and all of them a very personable. They believe in healing the person along with the illness, wholistic thinking.

Being an avid runner and running in all types of races for quite a few years I could not believe it when a sudden pain was preventing me from running more then 2 miles. I tried quite a few things (google and friends) but nothing worked. Then my brother recommended Peak Medical in Berkeley Heights. I went and was immediately impressed by both the facility and the caring of everyone there from the front desk to the doctors to the billing professionals. When I met Dr Anika Paul she took the time to get to know me and what caused my issue and what my ultimate goals were. She was just great and thanks to her hard work and expertise I just ran another half marathon completely pain free. I would and have recommended Peak Medical and Dr Paul to anyone that is in pain and wants to get back to what they love to do. They worked wonders for me.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Dorn is an excellent chiropractor, he turned my life around. Went from going to a different chiropractor twice a week whos name I will leave out. Now I can function on an occasional adjustment. If you have back neck or body issues this is the place to go!
