I needed an eye doctor so I did a Google search for doctors in my area. I came up with more than a few names so I did my research and found that the place that had the best reviews was Busby Family Eye Care so I decided to give them a shot and so far, Im very happy I did. Any doctors frontlines are those you deal with before you see the doctor and the frontline here was amazing. They were very kind and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and everything was explained to me. They were spot on. As for doctor Busby, he was great. He was exactly what I was looking for in an eye doctor. I definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.

Went for a comprehensive eye exam and to get some new lenses and frames and was extremely satisfied with my visit. All of the employees, and the doctor, are very nice, friendly, and super helpful. They answered any and all questions I had, offered explanations when they saw I was confused or undecided, and it was very clear they cared about me and my experience. The office was also very clean and organized. Also very upfront about costs and how much your exam will cost, if you want to add on any extra services/fittings/tests or not. Highly recommend!

They took a long time to process my exam and due to this, I could not get my eyeglasses at the same time as the eye exam and the end result was that it was going to cost me a lot more money to get the eyeglasses.

Melissa Velardo, what a great experience for myself and my son, the entire staff was so kind and friendly, Dr.Busby was so great and thorough he took the time to make sure he answered all of our questions even repeated a test twice on my son make sure proper diagnosis, great glasses selection and very reasonable prices for everything so happy I chose them to go here, with be my eye doctor from now on! They even help support the community and give back to Bergenfield, my son played in Busby Eye care team, thats how I learned about them!!

Very professional and friendly staff! As a first time patient I felt very welcomed and comfortable in their office. I was in an out with ease, even being a brand new patient. I even had the misfortune of forgetting my wallet, and they were courteous enough to allow me to do my exam and come back later with my insurance and ID. Great experience and will be recommended to all of my family and friends!

Love Busby Eye Center! Dr Caroline Busby is great with my son who has special needs. The selection is good and the staff was patient. It was easy to get an appointment.Im glad they took the time to verify my insurance coverage and benefits. Other places Ive been to dont do that and then expect me to pay out of pocket! Busby has sports goggles for kids, which are great for kids with hyperactivity and very durable. The office is new with very up to date equipment. The receptionist said that the doctors also work in hospitals so I trust their expertise and experience. The Busby family is a nice family and their kids go to public school in town. I actually recognized them because they are a very active family and volunteers for the public school PTA. Overall, I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Busby Eye Care for 4 years and I wouldnt change the Doctors for any reason. The staff is friendly, the office is spotless, my kids love it.

Simply the best eye exam I have ever had! The Busbys and their highly professional staff were thorough, informative and incredibly pleasant to deal with. Add to that a stylish selection of frames and surroundings. Finally, they were even able to have custom lenses made for my vintage Christian Dior sunglasses. Im a customer for life!

I took my whole family, my husband and my two kids aged 4 and 11 for eye exams there and we couldnt say better thing about this place. I was worried whether my 4 -year- old would be co-operative, as he couldnt sit still for anything. Dr. Busby was very nice and fun to keep my sons attention for the whole thing, and she got everything done on him within his attention span, including dilation. Hubbys mood was lifted as soon as he smelled coffee when we walked in. My daughter loved the cookies there. Dr. Busby patiently explained the results of each test to us and she told us that my daughter was a bit short-sighted, but she didnt need glasses at that point. I can imagine some other doctors might push for glasses to make more money. The whole practice was very nice and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and fun to talk to. When it came to glasses, she didnt push us to spend more money, and she honestly recommended something cheaper for coating. Anyway, we are happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those with young children.

A doctor with outstanding bedside manners! A friend highly recommended Busby Optometry. The office is new and clean with the latest in technology but most important is the the experience Dr. Busby brings to the table. I loved her outstanding way of explaining the process. try her out and youll find yourself referring others.

Dr. Busby was very attentive and informative. She took me in right on time and has available parking in the back. The best thing is that her rates are much better/lower than the competion-reason why I made an appointment there. I brought my own frames so all I needed was a check up and updated lenses. I highly recommend using her services.

Selection of the frames are good. But some of the staffs (not everyone) behavior to the customers is ridiculous. in an unprofessional manner they are handling the customers.

Staff was carelessness and neglected my request.Sent me email saying As disgusted supposed to be As discussed. Never apologized.And I requested my old lenses back to me from my frame after replace the new lenses, but she didnt do the correct order to the lab and could not get.

I have been trying for the last three days to make an appointment with Busby Family Eye Care, and because I have insurance they have been making me jump through hoops of fire and I STILL didnt get one. I called Dello Russo, New Jersey Eye Center and got an appointment in one minute. Stay far, far away from Busby. Most unprofessional operation I have ever encountered in my life.

Awesome experience! They have a patient forever. Everything was so wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door actually no. From the minute I called and made an appointment and spoke to Dr. Bugsby! And then The staff is awesome to the atmosphere as well.Dr. Bugsby does what every doctor should do in any and all fields. Listen to the patient and take theyre time not rush. And she made me feel so comfortable and she also had fun with my baby who was there lolIts a family business. And I highly recommend this office!
