I needed to get back on track, so I gave My Personal Trainer a try. I have been using it for a year and just signed up for my second year. Twice a week fits my schedule nicely and I see results and feel much better. The trainers are enjoyable and each session goes quickly. Overall I am very happy and glad I made the decision to give this a try.

I joined My Personal Trainer a year ago to gain strength and lose 10 pounds. I’m so glad I joined. At first, I found it hard to believe that only 2 strength training workouts per week at just 20 minutes each day could make such a dramatic improvement. Two days a week has definitely worked for me even though I work full time. I have noticed an improvement in my upper body strength. I can also see a difference in my overall muscle definition. I lost more weight in addition to the weight I had already lost before joining. I lost 2 pants sizes since I joined as well. I have been able to maintain the weight I lost, which had become a struggle for me before joining. My family, friends and coworkers have all noticed the results. I love working out with Michele and Logan. They are great and really push me to get a tough and great workout each time. I really like the one-on-one training. I also like that that the studio is not crowded like a regular gym, which I have always been hesitant to join. There are usually only two people working out at the same time. I highly recommend My Personal Trainer in Berea.

I love working with all of the trainers at this gym. The days I go I am always training with Mike and Mary. I have been there a few months now and I have seen great results! I am almost at my target weight! All of the trainers here want the best for their clients. I am never afraid to ask them any questions I have about my goals, things I can try to enhance my fitness, or any food/nutrition questions. Not only do they help me physically, but they have changed my mentality and the way I see weight loss. I would recommend this gym and these wonderful trainers to everyone!

Ive been going to MPT Berea for over 2 years now. Mike, Mary and Alayne are very professional, knowledgeable and awesome to work with...they know how to motivate, encourage and push you. Its beyond a number on the scale for me! I go to strengthen, tone, and de-stress my mind and body. My work outs have become a habit I cant live without and the team feels like family!!

I joined MPT in July 2015 with the following goals: (1) lose a little weight; (2) strengthen my core; and (3) become stronger. I needed to find a location where I could be held accountable as I would not do this on my own. I didt want a body builder shape just want to be healthy and stronger as I age. I have done just that, lost a little weight, strengthened my core and have become stronger. In addition to MPT, I also bike and walk when I can and that compliments the strength training very well. In 2016, I signed up for another year and then this past November I signed up till 2019! I really enjoy working with Mike, Mary and Alyane. They each encourage me and keep me accountable. They push me to my limits each visit. Sometimes I am completely amazed as to what I can do! MPT is a great place to be for me!

I just wanted to provide some feedback . The team that I work with in Berea is fantastic. I signed up late August 2016. I am so happy with my results and the overall improvement I see in my body and in my health. Mary and Mike have taken a vested interest in me and make me feel like I matter and that every training session was a great session even if it wasn’t my best day. My session days are Monday and Thursday evenings and every session just gets better and better. Mike and Mary provide great information and feedback and endless support with each session and I have learned so much is these last few months. Please take a few minutes to tell them both how much I appreciate them and what I value I feel they both bring to this locations and to all of us who are lucky enough to get some time with them every week so that we can be stronger, heather and better.Brenda Patacca
