Doc there is great. The nurses leave something to be desired tho. 5 stars for the Dr. 3 stars for the nurses. Make it an even 4.

Don’t deserve any stars !! I just had to put one to leave review .They allow sick people with COVID around people who isn’t sick with it in ER waiting room . Exposing everyone else to COVID !! This is 2 separate occasions I’ve seen this happen recently!! The people who ask the covid questionnaire are about useless because they allow positive covid individuals in there regardless exposing everyone else that comes in there or works there .

I hate going to this emergency room. I went today because I thought I’d broke my finger. Thankfully I had just busted the vessels in it. I can not use ice I suffer from a rare disease where I am allergic to the cold. He told me to ice it. When I told him I couldn’t use ice and why I couldn’t HE LAUGHED AT ME. Told me to ice it and left the room. I don’t care who walks in there for what. You’re job as a health care professional is to CARE about your patients and show sincerity for everyone! You took a oath! I wouldn’t take an already dead Person to this establishment. I highly recommend Richmond ER which is where I should of gone in the first place but berea is much closer for me. If I could give this ER a negative rating I would!
