After having a terrible experience at another office in Berea, I came here under the recommendation of friends. Im so glad I listened to them. The staff was very friendly from the beginning and Dr Maxam is amazing. It made a very difficult dental procedure very comfortable for me. This office has restored my faith in dentists & I know Im in good hands for any care I need in the future!

My experience at Maxam Family Dental has been so good, I travel 45 minutes from Lexington to get the dental care I need. Happy to have found them. Professional and caring staff. Nice facility and good location.

Dr. Maxam and her staff are very friendly. Linda is great at getting you in quickly if you need to be seen. They are very caring and they explain what they are going to do. This is a great office. I appreciate them going that extra step to always make sure that my visit goes well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You all are the best.

Been going there for almost 3 years and I have no complaints. They are friendly and nice. The place is clean and they play good music in the waiting room.

I dont usually do reviews, but this family practice has my absolute most respect. Not only did the receptionist answer all my concerns, she got me scheduled with two different procedures when they were necessary. Big thanks to Dr. Maxam and especially to your assistant. If Google allowed a review higher than a 5 Star Maxam would receive it. Ashley and her team have been excellent to my family and I. They have been wonderful in helping me overcome my dental fears and anxieties (which were pretty severe). I personally avoided the dentist for longer than Id like to admit and they made it their personal mission to make me feel comfortable and at ease breaking back into things.I can say with confidence that this practice truly cares about their patients. They will come up with treatment plans that are accurate to your dental health, not plans that are inflated/exaggerated to pad their pockets with extra money. They truly have your best interest and long term health in mind.Thanks for the wonderful experience, Maxam. And for making us all smile brighter 😊👍To anyone reading this review and debating giving Maxam a shot...Stop waiting. Give them a call and make your first appointment. You will love them.

Called to make my son an appointment and they were able to get him in the next day. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Was amazed my son loved it and wants to go back. They helped make the dentist not scary.

My daughter left saying she loved the dentist.

Wonderful very patient nurses and Dr we just left there my son had a fit which dr.ashley was able to work through she didnt rush she had a very nice nurse with her who set with channing the whole time and let him watch videos.dr.ashley even brought her own phone in and let him watch his videos on it I would give this place 100 stars if it would let me ! I will recommend this place to everyone !!

The staff is wonderful and very great with scheduling!!! They go above and beyond!! My family of 6 with only see Dr. Maxam and her staff!!!!!!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist for themselves and their kids!!!

I had a great experience at Maxam Dental she always made me feel comfortable and made sure I wasnt in any pain I didnt have to wait a month or two for my dental appointments the staff was really nice .

Im one who hates going to the dentist, but Dr. Maxam is awesome and they are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed! Definitely recommend them!

Terrible. They do more damage to surrounding teeth than the ones they are trying to work on.

Terrible service both for scheduling over the phone and in person. They are unnecessarily slow and rude.
