Team treat patient with such a care on every single visit , no matter if you are active or new member.When I visited them I had severe gum issue…but with well planed cleaning and treatment it improved significantly. I went through four dentists in Bentonville before finding Bentonville Family Dentistry and I’ll stay with them for as long as they’re open!! I drive 40 min for check ups because the team is so friendly and helpful. The office is beautiful and laid back. Could not recommend enough!!!!

Dr. Rinehart & staff were all very kind & welcoming. This was my first appt in a couple years & there was no shame 😂 office was clean. Staff wore masks while working with patients. Unvaccinated patients required to wear masks whenever feasible.

All of the people are not only friendly they are true professionals. Ashley is one of the best RDHS I feel very at easy with her and she has never hurt me. Dr. Rinehart really listens to what you want and need, and doesnt try to push you into a bunch of work or treatments. He is strong enough to get the job done without hurting me. I have recommended them to others and would be happy to do so again.

Best location, beautiful interior, friendly staff and theres more! My daughter has special needs and has never successfully allowed a Dentist to come near her mouth (due to extreme fear/past trauma from doctors/dentist/ anything medical.) Bentonville Family Dental was SOOO accommodating; allowing her to watch the TV through out to distract her, took extra time explaining process and dental equipment, giving stickers, and making her feel so comfortable and safe! I was seriously in tears because she has never had a positive dental experience till now. Both dentist are extremely friendly and down to earthand all the Dental hygienist that our family of three have seen are awesome. Super professional, quick and orderly. Highly recommend!!! They even gave my daughter a tiara afterward for being so brave 😭✨

Dr. Doug Rhinehart is probably the best dentist I’ve met. I am not expert in dentistry so only speaking from a patient’s perspective. The hygienist Ashley is awesome - she found an infected tooth last year that was the cause of my long term infection issue. Dr rhinehart has 10x bedside manners of all the prior dentists I had, combined. Very knowledgeable, explains the X-ray in detail (both him and Ashley), never asks me to do unnecessary procedures, always take my feelings of anxiety of dental work into serious consideration. The few times I had to do fillings, he frequently checked on how I am doing, made sure I was feeling alright, and said I can raise my hand any time or just take a break. He was really fast with fillings too which reduced the amount of time I had to be in the chair. Dr rhinehard and his staff always made me feel like they care about my teeth, health, & wellbeing more than money. They never try to sell me anything like extra filling, electronic toothbrushes, fancy toothpaste, which other dentists have done. The front desk, Chelsea, always returned my phone call no matter how small the concerns are. I would definitely refer rhinehart to friends or family with no hesitation.

I always look forward to coming here and getting my checkup. When your Dentist says your smile is looking pretty then you know your doing something right! Thanks guys!❤️

I want to make sure that everyone knows just how amazing these people are. Dr. Rinehart, a big guy with a heart of gold could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable about his craft. The entire staff makes you feel like you are the only patient at the time and they are willing to answer questions and have a decent conversation to break any fears one might have about any procedure. I had previously posted a stellar review for my first visit but my 2nd experience with this office is much different. The front office is now expecting I provide a $30 Reservation Fee to make an appointment.This because I had reached out to the front-desk to schedule a (semi-emergency) appointment around a cleaning I already had on the calendar. They worked on it for a bit and then promised to call me back after checking to see if these could be done at the same time. I never received a call back.Somehow its now my responsibility to provide a guarantee that I will do what I say I will do.

Went in with a mouthful of munchers looking, feeling, and smelling like a bunch of junkers, and I left feeling like my teeth were made by Bavarian Motor Works.

I am SO happy with my experience here. I’ll share two examples.Several years ago I had wisdom teeth removed at another office and it was absolutely miserable to go through. I canceled the appointment to get the other side done and never went back. When going to Bentonville Family Dentistry I knew it would come up again, and it did. I put it off for a while, fearing a repeat of my experience at another office. I’m happy to say that I just got them removed and it was a really great experience.Also, we have a severely autistic 18 year old. They are SO good with him and that’s always a huge plus.

The.new location is really beautiful. Ashley is probably the best hygienist I have ever had. Quick, efficient, gentle, and a very nice person too. I always recommend you all to everyone I know. Thanks for helping me to keep my smile healthy and looking great!

Our 12 year old son had an appointment just this week and Im happy to have the opportunity to say that it was a very positive experience for him. Dr. Reinhart and his staff were fantastic. The doctor took the time to clearly explain to our son and me what was going to take place and he and the attendant made my anxious son very comfortable during the procedure. Truly amazing service. Ive had several hygienists and each has really listened when I explained specific issues with my teeth. They are always incredibly accommodating. The entire staff seems to take an interest in their patients wellbeing and in building their trust (great when you dread going to the dentist!).

I love this place so much. The hygienists/assistance are always happy to answer my questions and don’t get mad at me for not flossing (sorry, guys). Dr. Rinehart is probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met and makes the scary work (like getting wisdom teeth pulled) so easy and as stress free as possible.

Amidst Covid - 19, I was worried to go to a dental clinic for my bad tooth ache but I want to thank Bentonville family dentistry and Dr.Douglas Rhinehart for understanding my pain and getting me an on priority appointment.It was a great experience at the clinic and Dr.Rhinehart has been an amazing doctor. With all preventive measures my problem was addressed and root canal treatment was done with ease. Now my teeth are brighter and shiner then ever;)

After being with my former dentist for over 20 years, his upcoming retirement left me a little anxious about whom could fill his shoes. Today I had my first visit with Dr. Rinehart and his staff and was very pleased. I had a very comfortable cleaning and exam. I definitely will recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

I really like these people! They are the most friendly and informative dentists I have ever had. Very flexible on scheduling too!

I really like the atmosphere and the dentists here. My kids havent had any issues with fear or pain here. The only negative is that when I call I always have to leave a message. Ended up not getting a call back last time until 24 hours later when the appointment had already passed. Otherwise, I have no issues with them! Very nice people.
