We had a great experience here. The food was expensive, of course, but the staff was simply amazing. They were so patient with the two year old in our group. I couldnt have been more impressed. Everyone was super polite and helpful.

So unprofessional! Staff looks and acts 14. They were too busy playing then to help. I paid $275 for everything to be unlocked for the kids but the rope course and zip line were closed. 1 hour later I asked when they could and she told me to find someone myself! They didnt get my balloons, forks, scratch offs! Then there was a payment issue. I paid the deposit online 50%. They were supposed to call me 24-48 hours they didnt. I called 4 days later to confirm it and asked my balance they said it was $146 but when I went to pay it was over $300 naturally I didnt have that much on me! So much more!!! Would not suggest a bday party here.

I pay for 6 kids every month to go that’s right at $100 a month and my son had followed others that ended up going under the trampoline and he’s the only one BANNED FOR LIFE while the others still go after only being told they couldn’t return for two weeks 😡😡 my son is black he has TIC disorder but he’s the sweetest boy he always offered the staff he would help clean up stuff he never fights with the other kids he just wants accepted and I’m livid that JARED THE OWNER won’t call me back won’t actually tell me the reason as to why he’s banned for life so I’m currently on the phone with corporate hoping they can do something or refund me my wasted money all these months

My kids love it so much.

This is very stale environment. The air doesn’t move so it’s all sweat and humidity. The younger staff members are sweet but they don’t do anything for the older children running through the toddler area. One of the older kids knocked my toddler down pretty hard and nobody told them to leave the area even though there are signs posted. We’ve been to different Urban Airs that have a much better environment and they hold to their child friendly standard. I’d highly recommend the Conway Urban Air over this institution.

We had a private party room for our daughters 6th birthday. Our party host, Kyliegh, was super sweet and did a great job! Definitely a 10/10 recommendation for birthdays. We cant wait to go back.

Awesome place. Definitely a must for birthdays. They give you a party host. Ours was Jamie. All you bring is cake and gifts. They take the stress out of everything. Theyll cut the cake, bring you water, and give advice. The host takes care of everything. Jamie was so awesome to us. Aside from the awesome jumping and playing which again was awesome. She made sure we were satisfied to the fullest extent. Aside from the fun, the attitude of the people will draw me back for another visit. We werent customers......we were treated like family. All I can say is WOW. Fun, fun, fun. Oh yeah....kids liked it also lol

Poor management. Poor communication. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the management. Management doesnt even look like management. They look and act more like substance abusers. Just not a good look for a kids place. Even worse behavior I would never want my children to mimic.*****EDIT***** I am not calling the children working at Urban Air substance abusers, as the response from management indicates. I was specifically referring to the adults on the management team. The management team, looks like substance abusers. Thats probably why they did not understand the context of my review.

So much fun! We wanted something fun to do with the kids and this place did not disappoint!

Dont go during the week! They always take the experience away by turning the lights on, music off 15min early, sometimes 30min (like my last visit). There is an annoying count down starting at 1hr before closing. Concession closes 30min before closing. Everything is not open even though you asked before buying an all access armband. You can guarantee the ropes course will be closed for sure too.

Nice place but makes it very hard to cancel memberships. We have had ours over a year (pre COVID) - so any contract totally fulfilled. They will tell you you must call corporate. Surprise: nobody ever answers that corporate phone. Still trying to cancel.

Have annual passes for most of the grandkids - decided to bring them at the end of the day for a couple of hours of playtime and asked to buy a basic 2 hour pass for one of the kids that didn’t have an annual pass. Was told that the hours had changed (even though I showed them where it showed their hours on Google) and was also told I’d still have to pay full price for the pass even though they were only going to get 42 minutes of playtime. I told her that was a bogus policy and she said her hands were tied - that it was corporate’s call. I told her that was fine but I would be canceling all of our passes and wouldn’t be back. It’s sad when a company advertises one thing but doesn’t honor it.

Terrible party experience. I paid fir the highest party package for my daughters 4th birthday party. I didn’t have a private party host and had to literally do everything on my own. It was a stressful experience. I wasted party time trying to go ask other workers for things such as something to cut the cake with, the pizza that came out late, a lighter, etc. The “private party host” came in the room one time to drop off the pizza and that is all. It was the worst party experience ever and I will not have another party there. When I talked the manager that was there on the party day all she could do is tell me she’d talk to the host. I was told the boss would call me and so far the boss has not called. I didn’t receive the jump pass or t shirt for the birthday girl! I completely wasted my money and I am still extremely disappointed with the experience. Also, they do not provide chairs for guests. So everyone had to stand up except the kids that were there for the party. I wasted almost $400 dollars on this terrible experience.

Disappointed that staff condones bullys picking on smaller kids and then ask people complaining about it to leave.

Theirs no customer service number on their website to call for issues, it’s extremely difficult to cancel memberships, their attractions aren’t being maintanced and repaired properly, and they don’t require people other then the staff to wear masks. Lodged a complaint about lack of masks and temp checks and got a rude email back from the location. I do not recommend, don’t sign up for a year membership.

The owner Jerrod is a grade A a** hat. If you even begin to complain he turns into a 5 year old who has to have the last, and most ridiculous, word. This place and the owner is a total and complete joke.

It was a blast my fav was the sky rider and I would take my kids there if I had kids and they would enjoy it

We had a great time here today! We had the Ultimate package for 20 kids. They had a blast! Our hostess, Abby Grace was great! The only negative was the pizza. 2 larges came with the package and we bought 3 more at $14.99 + tax. It was not only cold, but terrible. We ended up eating cake for lunch and the pizza went in the trash. We left with 2 whole pizzas which we discarded on the way home. It is a great place to go for kids, but eat before you go.

We had a horrible experience for my sons 3rd birthday party! They double-charged us for people at the party who were not jumping!The owner was very rude one of the most horrible experiences we have ever experienced I do not recommend going to this location they are a rip-off!

The kids had a blast! Our hostess was amazing Kylee. They need to offer the one bottle of water and a pitcher of punch or some kind of drink for the pizza and cake time. Paying over $300 for 10 people and only getting one bottle of water is insane.

This place was amazing!! I went with my 7yo niece, and purchased her the ultimate. I am so glad I got that one cause everything looked like so much fun it would have been impossible to say no you cant do the ninja warrior type thing. The two guys doing the rope course/zip line/climbing area were awesome. The other staff was kind of disinterested in working/more interested in playing. Only downside was about 30 teenagers showed up towards the end of our visit and kind of took over including a group doing something in the playground area that I tried to keep her away from. Other than that so awesome and we will definitely be back is she has any say in it!

I purchase tickets online for my little girl and my husband to have a wonderful day together after they arrived 15 minutes early was told to wait over to the side and she said she would be right back with his socks we purchase after waiting Additional 15 minutes he got back in line where at that point he ends up missing 30 minutes of there jump time we paid for. Then was told at 550 their time was up.

I love this place. It is by far the neatest trampoline park Ive ever been to. The unlimited passes are a great deal. My kids and I have been going 2 times a week. They absolutely love the climbing walls and the sky rider. They also have obstacle courses. It is a great place to go to get the kids exercise and wear them out. I have fun there too. The staff is also extremely helpful with the kids. My son is a little afraid of heights but still wants to do the ropes course. The staff always goes with him and helps him out on it. I really cant say enough positive things about it.

The kids had a great time but there was no help from staff helping keep the teenagers from knocking over the smaller kids and running all over them.

I had my little girls 8th birthday party here. I feel like with the amount of money that we invested in that place that we should have been catered to better. The customer service was not what it should have been. We had a pretty large party and found that we had to continually ask for things such as water, napkins, etc. I am certainly glad that I brought my own plates and forks because they sure aren’t going to offer those up at anytime either. I feel like the host did the bare minimum. You get charged for aSetup and cleanup, yet I feel like I did both of These my dang self! Our bundle package of over $700 was supposed to include a free T-shirt which we didn’t even receive! If you go over your water limit be prepared To pay $2 for any extra you buy. We were charged $30 for water! The big TVs were never turned on for us! Nothing was really done to make my girl feel special on her day! Do not waste your money! Come on guys, customer service needs to step it up.

My kids and I had a really great time! The staff are very helpful and polite which is getting to be rare at this type of venue. We just walked in and spent most of the day but they also offer reserved birthdays and events, they even have adult night and the prices are what I felt to be reasonable. As you can imagine the food is of theme park quality but what can you expect? We had their pizza and drinks after burning every calorie he had playing. It was hot and tasted better than most of this type of venue. Oh and they have several banks of massage chairs for the adults when you need a break ha ha! Overall my kids and I Love this place and Im sure we will be regulars!!! Go and have fun!!!

Fun and clean place... my main issue is with their membership packages. We asked on the front end to be sure there was more than one snack option and were told they could choose between chips and popcorn, which they honored initially. Now they no longer honor that and say that “I was confused.” Apparently they get to change the agreed terms because they don’t want to cover the price difference. I find them to be dishonest business owners and do not recommend expecting anything from them other than the bare minimum.

My co-workers and I built the soft play for this park and I just gotta say I miss Jarrod (if youre reading this I hope I spelled that correctly & please forgive me if I didnt) but yeah hes the best owner Ive had the privilege of meeting and building for! I knew his park would run wonderfully!

Overall its a great place to be for families and children. However, they have the worse concession stand service. I ordered fries from them paying $4 for 9oz of fries they claim andconcession it took 25 minutes to cook them. Also to mention they were well overcooked. I will no longer purchase from their concession stand.

SO MUCH FUN! We ended up going with me (22), my mom (49), and my nephew (8) and every one of us had an absolute blast!!! Some say its expensive (and maybe it is) but we thought it was worth every cent!

Put our child outside at 4:30 pm due to a private party. They didnt try to contact us, wouldnt let her back inside either. We complained to the company. The owner contacted us personally, then commenced to defending himself, telling us that we were bad parents for leaving our child there! Where other parents drop their kids off. He even at one point threatened to call child services on us! We will never bring our children back there, and I advise any other parents a word of caution dealing with Mr. Phillips and his questionable staff.

First time at this location and it was so much better than the others. I hate I dont remember the name of the lady at the front desk but she was great at explaining the monthly packages and getting us checked in. Then Alyssa was working the ninja styled obstacle courses and was constantly cheering on my daughter and husband.

Awesome lil spot, staff was friendly and my kids had a blast!

Cost $25.00 for the full experience (all rides all the time) the extta rides are not staffed and to get a staff member to open a ride and staff that ride takes an act of god. Then when they do they only open it for 5 minutes and that is it....the eating area is full of trash the chairs are broken, no one is manning the concession area, no prices posted...I AM NOT HAPPY.
