Connie was very helpful and when there was an issue that resulted from an honest mistake, everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make the situation better. Everything was explained in a way that easy to understand. She took all the time that was needed in order to make sure that I had the correct mask and that I felt comfortable with my choices and how the equipment was supposed to work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed this type of sleep therapy.

AeroCare has provided great service in providing me with the necessary tools/equipment to care for my wife who has stopped walking since the beginning of February following her November 2020 surgery. The Technician was very thorough in demonstrating the use of the equipment delivered and following through soliciting questions in the use of the equipment before leaving the Residence. I highly recommend AeroCare be selected for Medical equipment.

She also made sure I had the exact mask I needed for the absolute best fit for my comfort. Getting everything setup and covering the operation of the equipment seemed second hand to her, she knows all the equipment very well.
