Dr. Ballard is an amazing doctor. She is very attentive and educated on helping with any health issues you have.

She is an excellent Doctor!!! She listens to you and takes the time to discuss things.

Dr. Ballard, (Burris), is always attentive. Listens carefully and does not rush through to get to the next patient. She makes you feel valued and as if your time is also valuable. There has never been a very long wait time. And the staff works hard to get you in when it is convenient for you. My family would not want to go anywhere else.

I called to make an appointment for Dr Ballard. the lady on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude once I told her Ive been having problems with my anxiety, treating me as if I was nothing more than a drug addict, since anxiety medication has the potential to be habit forming, and asked me personal questions including things I have been medicated for in the past, and what kind of medication I took. I got a call back the next day saying they wont accept me. if youre looking for someone to be sympathetic and help you with chronic mental illnesses, DO NOT GO HERE.
